We spent a week at the comfort suites with our daughters, 7 and 4. The hotel is basic, but it is clean and the rooms were fairly large. The only reason to stay here is the access to Atlantis which is across the street. The ability to have complete acess to all that Atlantis offers is great! The staff at the Comfort suites was very helpful and very friendly, I also thought the staff at Atlantis was helpfula nd friendly I didn't have a negative experience at all. We were treated the same as every other guest staying on the Atlantis property. We had a card for signing privilages and were able to find chairs at the pools and beach with out any problems.
Having the breakfast at the hotel was a big plus, the food in Atlantis is high so having a quick bite first for free was nice. It is nothing special but for kids was great, waffles, pastry, donuts and cereal...all staples.
The hallway can be loud at night, we were all woken up a few times by late (very late) parties coming back to their rooms, but it wasn't a huge deal. We never went to the pool here so I can't say what it was like.
The bottom line is you get to enjoy Atlantis without going completely broke!

We found the Comfort Suites to be everything that we expected. A much cheaper alternative to staying at Atlantis but having all the benefits of doing so. The rooms are average but clean and spacious. Can't speak to the pool area as we never went there (why would you with Atlantis across the street). I will say, the service was excellent. We had a couple of small issues (shower pressure, leak) that were rectified immediately after reporting. Tia and Deannya at the front desk could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast is nothing spectacular but it will save you a "few" dollars by not having to go out for breakfast\coffee. It is convenient having the shopping plaza across the street to stock up the room with cocktails and snacks. The walk across the street to Atlantis is about two minutes, depending on where you are located in the hotel. The only real issue I had with this place is the lack\location of elevators. The only one we found was way at the other end of the building from where our room was located. Was really only an issue bringing luggage in and checking out but for those who have trouble with stairs it could be a problem. I have stayed at Atlantis before so I really didn't feel I was missing anything. The use of all Atlantis amenities was what I was there for anyway. For the amount of time spent in your hotel room, this is a great way to go on a tight budget.

Great place and since you get full access to Atlantis and the aquariams and water park, it really makes it worth while. The breakfast that is included is a bit shabby... Nothing great about that, but it's better then nothing or paying 25$ for a bite to eat at Atlantis.

We had a great time at this hotel and would recomend it.

Always wanted to experience the Atlantis but was priced out of it until a friend suggested staying at Comfort Suites. I agree w/ the reviewer who wrote "its nothing to write home about" but it was clean and in our price range and we got to enjoy all that Atlantis has to offer. We ate breakfast everyday at CS and only once opted to pay for a full breakfast as opposed to the included continental bkfst. My suggestion: stick w/ the freebie. We found the staff to be friendly and accomodating and we especially liked the bartenders! (Atlantis drinks were 2x the money and no alcohol). Get a wristband at the towel hut at Atlantis daily to take full advantage of all they have to offer w/o being stopped every 2 seconds to show your room key. Comfort Suites is the way to go if, like me, you aren't a Rockefeller.

Okay, the hotel is located directly next door to the Atlantis compound this is why we chose it. When we arrived, the lobby was very old and dated. We then received our room key and proceeded on the longest walk EVER to the one and only elevator and continued to our room. When I incerted the key into the door and opened it, we found other guests still occupying it! Back to the front desk for another room. The entire facitlity smells of mold and mildew. Also, don't plan on sleeping in, the door slamming starts around 7am.
The pool area is located in the front of the hotel which is on the main street. As you "try" to relax you hear cars, trucks and other street noise. No music and the bar close at dusk.
The best part about the stay was the full use of the Atlantis property! BEA-UTIFUL! For the $250 per night instead of $500 next door, the price was worth it but that's about it. Would not recommed it or stay there again.
