We stayed at this Hotel mainly because you get access to Atlantis. I don't think you can find better value for that. We had a room close to the exit towards Atlantis, but you must be really lazy and unfit to find the stroll to Atlantis strenuous.

Breakfast was bagels and cream cheese etc. The surcharges that everyone warns about can be found on their website (in fine print somewhere) but we did know about it before hand.

Our room was clean, spacious and everything worked. Nothing flash, but more than what we really needed as we were out most of the time.

Compared to the Nassua, Paradise Island is more expensive when it comes to food and drink. Eating at Atlantis' restaurants can break the bank, but some poolside snacks aren't that unreasonable. Don't miss out on The Poop Deck, a wonderful seafood restaurant in Nassua, walking distance (20 min) or a short taxi ride from the hotel. There is also a restaurant serving reasonable priced food called Anthony's Caribbean Grill close to the hotel. Ohhh and try the cocktails down at the ferry terminal that takes you to Nassua.

The staff was friendly, efficient and managed to assist us with everything. We would definitely stay here rather than in Atlantis. (only to gain access to the park).

Four valid statements made by previous reviewers are the water pressure is not great, the breakfast is all carbs, the security man is the bellhop and you have various surcharges added to your room price. If you know these things before you arrive and can live with them, you will save a tremedous amout of money. Anthony's Grill across the street is very good. When you come back from the Atlantis after spending all day on the slides and riding in the rapids, you are not looking for a 4 star restaurant. We did it once at the Seafire, the food was great but the kids were falling asleep. This hotel is the best bang for the buck and worth every penny. I will stay there again next time I go.

Comfort Suites (CS) was very convenient and accomondating for our vacation. We were able to take full advantage of all the amenities offered by the Atlantis. We did a lot of walking btw hotels but with the environment being very slow-paced and relaxing, our walks were very enjoyable. Customer service was great. No complaints. The hotel was very quiet. No one really bothered us. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room. All and all, CS was definitely a great hotel and we would stay there again.

We travel alot, our family of four with two sons (15 & 13). We have stayed at the best hotels on site at Disney and Universal as well as New York, Chicago and Denver. The rooms are 400 Square feet decorated nicely. There were two full beds and a full pull out bed sofa so that my sons each had their own bed which was great. I went to see a Terrace view room at the Royal Towers (also 400 Square ft.) It was more square, without a pull out sofa, rather just a chair. It had a plasma flat TV (Comfort had a 27 inch regular) they both had just one sink with a tub/shower. The Comfort has a refrigerator which we loaded with drinks purchase at a local store a few yards away. That was great. I packed a 12 inch soft cooler every day to just keep by the lounge chairs at the Atlantis pools. We ate lunch at Atlantis every day, but it was nice having the extra drinks. The free breakfast everyday was all you could ask for and probably saved us at least $40.00 each morning. Originally, the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling. We called for a repair and within 30 seconds of hanging up the phone a service man came with a brand new refrigerator as a replacement. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. They gave a little sewing kit when a swimsuit ripped and when I snapped the needle in the kit, they gave me a second one as well. I requested a room on the second floor and near to the Atlantis Hotels on the west wing. It required no more than a 12 Ft. walk from our room, then across the street to the Coral towers entrance. I timed it once. It a minute and a half door to door. My sons would roll out of bed in their t-shirts and shorts that they slept in, walk down the hallway to the breakfast area to eat, then come back and get their suits on to go. We would spend the day at the Atlantis, the different pools and beach etc. and then return to the room around 5-6pm to change for dinner/shower and head out back to Atlantis or the Marina for dinner. Sometimes we went to the free movies. Other times to the Casino's with the boys going to Club Rush (the 17 and under dance/club) for the night. It was all great fun. Our room was $270 a night with taxes etc. it came to about $300.00 as it was Easter week. The royal towers terrace view room (same size with one less bed as the comfort suites had the pull out sofa accomodated by the more rectangular shape of the room) was $600.00/night plus taxes. With the extra money we were able to jet ski often etc. You can charge everything to your room and comfort suites is considered an Atlantis property. You were treated no differently as everyone who gets a towel or goes on rides get the same wristband to wear and that is all the employees look for. We never had trouble finding lounge chairs despite not getting to the pools untill around 11AM every day. The staff will help you find some and somehow someone is always leaving, so a few can be found for the observant. With the extra $340.00 on average a night we saved, we were able to gamble more, jet ski more, and spend more on dinner etc. By the way, the food is no more expensive there than any other resort type place we have been. Try Carmines, Anthony's, Atlas Grill and the pizza place on the Marina. We would go again and again stay at the very clean, friendly and convenient comfort suites. PS. My husband is an avid golfer. He rented clubs when he met up unexpectedly with a friend who invited him to join as a fourth. The course was $200.00 for a round. Oprah Winfrey has a house on this beautiful course and Michael Jordan owns two vacant lots. Again, where you sleep is not near as important as the money you have to play with.

I stayed 2 nights at Comfort suites in May 2007 along with my wife and 2 kids – 1 yr and 3 yr old. We opted for this hotel just for 1 reason – it had free entry to Atlantis. It’s a good hotel – like any other Comfort SUITES. We got the entrance pass for Atlantis. Atlantis was great; we attended a time-share presentation and ended up buying an explorer package that is valid till 2010. The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from Atlantis and includes breakfast. We spent most of our time at Atlantis. We also stayed 3 nights at Nassau Palm resort (before comfort suite) and 2 nights at Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach in Freeport (following Comfort suite). Nassau Palm resort was also very good and reasonably priced – close to downtown markets and fish fry. Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach in Freeport was a good all-inclusive option with a great beach
