Delicious food served family style. A bit pricy and hard to figure out exactly how much to order but the food was superb. The lemon chicken, penne ala vodka and Caesar salad are delicious. Service was not the best but that tends to be the case in the Bahamas as a whole.

Perfect place to bring the family. Family-style portions are huge and everything tasted great! A nice departure from the usual meal at Atlantis where you feel ripped off. Here you actually get what you pay for!

Carmine's sits at the far end of Marina Village. So, it's a haul from The Cove or The Reef. But the shuttles run often enough, and drop you close by. The Food- We ordered the garlic bread appetizer. It was $15 for 9 huge pieces, but was way over cooked and chewy. Ordered the Chicken Parm over spaghetti. It literally covered a "turkey" platter. We split it 3 ways, then had it leftover for lunch the next day. Still couldn't finish it. The proportions make it a good value, especially at Atlantis. But, we felt it was too much. We'd rather have 1/2 the amount, which was still enough for 3-4 people. Then you could try some other dishes as well. The flavor was good, but it soaked up all the sauce, making it a little too dry. Wine here is reasonably at $8-$22 a glass. Service-We felt like the service was really slow. Took too long to get menus, drinks, etc.. Staff is friendly though. So, If you are looking for a good value, and have a party of 4 or more, then you should try Carmine's. Considering the prices at Atlantis for the mediocre food at most of their eateries, Carmine's is a pretty good choice...

Food was great, portion size makes no sense what so ever. Every table had to laugh when they received their food, piles of food going into garbage. Priced fairly, food was very good, but it all went in the garbage. They really need to change portion size for couples of two.

Share, share, share! Portions are HUGE. Our family of 4 ordered the chicken parmesan and spaghetti and had leftovers.
