They are currently under renovation, but if you ever get a chance do yourself a favor and have the conch salad. It is not like American salad, meaning dry. Their sald had all the ingredients of our salad, but its made in a vinegar type dressing. It other words, their salad is wet, and ours is dry, but phenomenally good.

Ate here twice--early dinner and Sunday breakfast. The prices are good and reasonable and the food is delicious and filling. If you want your peas and rice (and you have to eat them in the Bahamas!), this is a good place to come!

Deep fried diner that bustles with locals and vacationers alike. This is the place to have your first breakfast as you set about your day exploring downtown. Very friendly service! Try the Souse and Johnny Cake. If you can't make it for breakfast, then the tiered dessert case by the door should draw you in for an afternoon nosh

We were told by one of the vendors in the Straw Market that this was a good place to eat, so we tried it. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had - about the food or the area. Our food was good and fairly priced, which is hard to find in Nassau. We had cheeseburgers and chicken gyros. The day we went they had a chicken dinner for take out only for a little over $6 - it was $2 more if you eat in.

My family has eated in this restaurant four times in the past year. It is a must stop each time we go downtown for shopping. Service is friendly and food excellent. We started off with the conch fritters. This was followed by the fried lobster with unbelievable great homemade coleslaw and fries all for about $20. My daughter had the ribs and my son the gyro with no complaints. Make sure you have the special Bahamian bottled lemonade which is large enough to share.
