“Great Food and Where the Locals Eat”
Reviewed March 30, 2014

We visited the Bahama Grill on a recent trip to the Bahamas. We knew some loacal people and this was one place that they suggested. The place was full of locals and visitors. Though it took a while to get our food, everyone's food was amazing. The cost was reasonable and the ribs are great.

“Decent food for a very reasonable price”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

We ate here 3 times in the 6 days we were in Nassau. It came up within a few places of the top spot on Tripadvisor, and as the food shown was the very food we were after - Caribbean - we decided this was the very place. The ribs, as everyone else on Tripadvisor said, were delicious, and everything else was also very good. The only couple of niggles food wise was a rotisserie chicken I had that was a bit dry, and one of the veg sides smelled like it was on the verge of going off. No wi-fi was a disappointment too. It would have been nice to check things to do while we waited for our food.

The building itself is everything you would want in a Caribbean eatery - wooden and painted with bold bright colours. The inside is very tastefully furnished too, more formal than the outside suggests. It would have been nice to enjoy our food on the outside balcony, but because it's on a busy main road, the noise and fumes were just too much.

“A Staple.”
Reviewed March 11, 2014 via mobile

The Bahama Grill was a staple in our trip. The food is great, and they also deliver. So if we didn't feel like venturing out we called in to Bahama Grill. Try the conch balls. The sauce they come with is on point. The grouper was excellent and so was the roasted corn and mixed vegetables. The fish burger was marvelous. We didnt get to try any of the chicken wings. Try to do take-out as opposed to dining in. You will get your food faster with the same quality.

“2nd to NONE”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

My friends and I went there for a late snack, ended up closing the place down. Food was great, service the best, and all priced reasonably. 4 of us ate for less than $120, including entree, appetizers, and 3 drinks a piece. Downstairs in nicer, but upstairs gives it a different feel. Jessica is a great waitress. They are very accommodating , just ask. Be friendly and you will be surprised. I They truly care about your experience. Mr. Davis should great you at the door, if not look for him and tell him Mr. Davis sent you. You will not be disappointment.

“Loved the lobster”
Reviewed February 20, 2014

The family came here on a week night and it wasn't crowded at all. Everyone was a local. It's located right on Bay Street near the Fish Fry and easy to get to. The lobster and shrimp combo was wonderful. Huge portions and delicious. Everyone loved their choice of local fish. The service was as expected in the Bahamas (a little slow) but not too bad and well worth the wait. Everyone was very friendly and they called a taxi for us when we were done.
