“Swim with the sharks”
Reviewed March 8, 2014

This was a highlight of our trip. Don't let the price stop you from going because it's well worth it for an all day adventure including anything you want to drink & a great lunch. The first stop was an island where you feed eguinas and then it was to exuma island to snorkel with sting rays and sharks. The trip was a blast!!

“Great Time”
Reviewed March 7, 2014

Well worth the time and money. You get so many experiences rolled up into one. It starts with an hour speed boat ride to a private island to feed lizards. next you go to another private island where you will spend the day. We got to feed sting rays and sharks. You also get to snorkel and have a wonderful lunch. To top it off all drinks are included

“Second Time Around £ Still A Great Day,”
Reviewed March 5, 2014

About 5 years ago I took this full day Powerboat Tour and liked it so much we went again on this trip. it is not a cheap tour as it runs $199 PER person but you can get 10% discount booking online or via your hotel concierge so just ask. So, for the two of us it was a pricey day but compared to everything else in the Bahamas it balances out.

The positives...
The crew was 95% fun and friendly. One or two seemed a little bored.
All day boating and they have bottled water, non stop liquor, decent lunch and you get to experience a bunch of water activities.
The quick stop at iguana island is a hoot surrounded by these funny walking creatures feeding them grapes.
Then off for a super fast boat ride to our private beach. Very nice sandy beach.
We played and fed the stingrays. Love them! They hung around pretty much all day.
Lots of sharks and they put on a great shark wrangling show.
The snorkeling. (Yes right where the sharks had been). They include all snorkel gear free.
Or you can just lounge on the beach.
Then lunch served and more.
Meanwhile unlimited bar is open and there is plenty of time to enjoy the beach.

Again in summary with the variety of water activities plus the free food, drinks it is like multiple trips in one.

Suggestions: Bring your own towels as you will need them on the beach as there are not any chairs. You really do not need beach/water shoes as the sand is nice. They do have cold bottled water on the boat so no need to bring any. It is a high speed 1 hr boat ride each way so depending on weather you may need a light jacket, if wearing a hat it may blow off so wear a tight hat. Limited seating in the shade so bring sunscreen. No money needed except optional tip money.

Again, today was a great trip and I would do it again in the future. I heard two young boys telling their parents, "this was the best day ever. Can we come again."

My only critiques: they had the boat booked to capacity so every seat was full so no extra room to move around and some families were not able to sit together. I also think they should have been playing fun music on the boat and at the beach. Plus I think beach chairs would make it a 5 star day.

“Can't I live on that island”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

We loved this excursion. Definitely worth the price of admission. The crew were good guys, as were the staff at the island.

If you have a chance, do this!

“Very fun time”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

This was a really fun excursion we took for a day while we were staying at Atlantis. They picked us up at the hotel and went to see an island with iguanas that eat grapes off the end of sticks. I floated in the crystal clear waters as I'm not a iguana fan and they don't go in the water. After we went to their island and had lunch, all you can drink, watched them rangle sharks and fed stingrays. The stingrays were amazing! They swam right over your knees and slid their "wing" onto your chest and stomach as they suck a fish from your fingers. Very cool! The snorkeling was the only thing I didn't like. There was nothing to see and when you come back you're walking on lava rock which is extremely sharp. If you've snorkeled in the caribbean before, then you'll be disappointed.
