Went here for our 7 yr Anniversary. Arrived to find that the lobby area was being renovated, which caused a tremendous amount of noise all the time; even during meal services. It also caused issues getting to and from some rooms. Upon arrival we were almost out of toilet paper and were missing towels. Took 3 calls to get some delivered. The shower leaked and the front desk sent someone to fix it but it didn't work. The sink faucet smelled like sewage. We paid for an ocean front room with balcony, but u could only stand on the balcony. The king Bed was like 50 years old. The chair in the room had mold & a bad stain on it. The entertainment was out by the pool and they played until midnight every night, so there was no relaxing in our dank, outdated room because of the noise. Some staff were friendly, others were indifferent. We had plans one day for a tour and had to go at 12:30. We tried to get lunch at pool bar grill which according to book in our room opened at 11:00am. At 11:30, they were not open, at 11:45 they said they needed plates, at 12:05 we had to leave to catch our tour. We never did get lunch! This was our Anniversary Trip and although the local people were friendly and the water was beautiful, this hotel really misses the mark. We will never go back there. No one ever apologized for the noise or the leaking shower. The front desk told us the renovations were good for the hotel. Well what about the guests that have to suffer through them and who paid good $ to be there? We did have a pleasant experience at The Garden of Eden for dinner one night. What a shame to spend the money we spent and come away so disappointed!

I loved the all inclusive delicious food and drinks which is served from 7:30 am-12 or 1 am. If you miss the buffet they have a snack grill & you can have hot dogs, burger and fries or a salad which is also delicious. They have a private beyond beautiful white sand beach & crystal clear blue ocean with chairs that is in the back of the hotel. My complaints: the rooms are average and the beds are literally junk. you can feel the springs. One bed on the bottom of the bed had a hole in it. Don't get the ocean view room, You won't really see the ocean. The only beer they serve is Sands which you can get used to. The staff is friendly the property is beautiful, very safe and clean. They do offer rock climbing & a trapeze swing. I didn't see anyone do it though. The entertainment is a hit or miss. If there's no one out there they won't have the theme advertised entertainment. Out of 6 days they had the entertainment that was advertised and my husband loved it. I missed it because they would say there having a theme entertainment & you would get there & not have it. But they did have a really good singer who was very funny & sang the lastest hits & was interactive w the crowd.

This was our first visit to this resort, but we'll definitely come back. We've visited several all inclusive resorts over the past few years, and this is a good one.

We came in late April when the airports weren't quite as crowded and have a great time. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, the drinks were plentiful, and the reservation only restaurant we visited was very nice.

If you're interested in snokeling, you will need to bring your own equipment, as the resort doesn't have it for you, unless you want to buy it in the gift shop.

The Italian restaurant was very nice...multiple courses, great service, large portions...I would definitely recommend. We didn't have time to sample the Freanch restaurant, but will on our next visit.


All in all, this resort is a great value for the price. While we were there, they were doing some remodeling and updating, and some would complain about that, but we saw it as a sign that they're aware of what needs fixed and are working on it.

If you're wanting the all inclusive experience without a huge pricetag, this is the place.

One more thing.... when you get ready to leave, make sure you get to the airport early...you'll have to go through US Customs at the airport in Nassau. This is great, though, because you don't have to do the same when you get back into the states!

This is our second time returning to breezes we love the size of the place. It is a bit out dated but I find it very comfy. It's a place you can get to know the staff n they greet you like family. We will return for sure. Marcel and the staff at the spa are The Best. Marco n Stacey in the dining room are also tops in our books. The water is beautiful and so are the beaches. Very friendly n safe. Thanks Breezes

We stayed at breezes for 4 nights for a wedding happening outside in Nassau. Nassau itself is beautiful but breezes is not. The rooms were outdated, the bed was made of cardboard and the food was bland and had no variety. They were also extremely cheap in handing out towels. The cleaning crew would take our towels everyday and wouldn't return new ones. Even after requesting towels at the front desk, we still didn't get any. The worse part? The annoying, loud, crazy teenagers swarming the hotel for spring break. It's one thing to be be loud and crazy in the daytime. Everyone is allowed to have fun and do whatever they want as long as they're not interfering with other peoples vacay. It's another thing completely when there are kids running up and down the hallways screaming till 4 am, smoking up weed. If breezes anticipated spring breakers (which they did) they should have amped up security and had some control over the resort. We will not be coming back here and hope they invest some money into the resort because if they don't then the new resort "Baha Mar" beside breezes (opening Dec 2014) will knock them out of the competition.

guest profile so negativley impacted your stay is unfortunate and we extend apologies.We advise
the travel community of the presence of a younger grouping during March and April.We are sorry
that you were not made aware of this.Our levels of security are magnified during this period with
additonal officers on virtually all guest floors and in public spaces.
Our resort recently completed a complete redo of our central dining facility and we are
presently engaged in another major capital project.Our facility is subject to continual and
constant upgrades.

Having been to Breezes Bahamas 8 times I felt that I really owed the hotel a review.Every year the staff are amazing,friendly,helpful and always go the extra mile.Hotel management are around the hotel making them easy to approach for a request or just a chat.This year while renovations were carried out in the lobby staff did their best to keep customers happy(I was happy with the attitude and level of service.)The food and staff in Eden and Martinos are exemplary and the buffet provides a first class breakfast lunch and dinner if required.Our room had a mini bar even though drink is all inclusive,it amazed me how cheerful and tireless the bar staff were.Our room request was met and the return guest party is always excellent.Marcel and his team provide fabulous massage facilities and the beach and watersport staff are welcoming and helpful.Our room was cleaned to a very high standard and the sea and beach are perfect...turquoise sea like nowhere else!!My only comment aside from this is please bring back the water skiing because Breezes provides a perfect relaxing holiday!!

This is my fourth time here and probably my last. We rented a room for three people so they give us a room with a king bed instead of two double I call the front desk they said they were sorry and would bring a cot up for the night and would change our room in the morning. We called the front desk at least 5 times and they finally brought the cot up,at 12:30 am. Next morning go see what room we were switching to and they said we don't have you down to switch rooms so that didn't set well with me so they said we can do it tomorrow so I said I want to make sure my name was on the list I even checked again a few hours later. The next day we they said we were going to be moved and it wouldn't be until later so we went about our day when we got back the room was still not ready I said I wanted to talk to a manager so they called for one and this young guy come to the front desk and the girl behind the desk starts to whisper to him and I spoke up and said I am right here you don't have to whisper I can tell him myself so Mr. Jestan Sands takes us to a table and I start complaining about everything and as I am talking to him he is looking off as if he isn't even listening to what I have to say then I told him this is my fourth year here and every year I write a wonderful review but this year I won't be he didn't seem to care. Well finally they got us into our rooms and everyday you had to wait for towels the last night we went to our room and it was 5pm room hadn't been cleaned but they took all our towels I called down stairs and complained and at 6 pm they come to clean and bring towels I told them I didn't want the room cleaned now but I wanted the towels.enough on the rooms and towels the other complaint is they were remolding and there was. Nothing on there web site to say they were. This was April vacation and they must of had 200 teenagers there and they decide to do work then. The work was being done in and around lobby area and bar and the stage where Funky D and the band play well one night they were using power tools while he was signing a bunch of us went to the front desk to complain so the next night they had even more of the place closed off that they moved the show out side and you had to sit in plastic chairs so our last night ended real early. There were a total of 6 of us 4 were repeat customers and 2 were new we bragged this place up so much they wanted to come with us this year and they were so disappointed. We are making our plans for next year but I am afraid it won't be to the breezes and it is to bad because their entertainment staff is wonderful and Funky D and the Sea Breeze band were great but not enough to put up with the stuff we put up with. A special shout out to Marvin of the entertainment staff who would keep us laughing and the bartenders were awesome
