“Hidden history in Nassau”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

I came to this area to do a geocache and was absorbed in by the history and beauty. You can't see this stair case with all the dense vegetation in the area I was in and once I was given a private history lesson by Perry I was amazed at the depth of the staircase.

“Beautiful!”

Definitely a must see in Nassau. The staircase is bigger than it seems and incredibly beautiful. The history adds even more to it's grandeur.

“Informative tour of Queen's Staircase”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

A volunteer interpreter was present at the base of the staircase and provided us with a comprehensive discussion regarding the history of the staircase (tipped him well for his excellent narrative).

“Interesting”

Combine with visit to Fort Fincastle. Interesting history and an impressive piece of workmanship. Other than the symbolism and the fact it took 18 years to build there is really nothing particularly special about the stairs. Nice view from the top.
