“Beautiful...”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

We did not stay on Turtle Bay. We stayed on Caneel Beach, but we did walk the resort every day and saw all the other beaches. There is not a bad view anywhere you go! Turtle Bay is the place where people get married. There is a beautiful open spot that overlooks the ocean where they set up for weddings. Wish I had known about it when we got married 25 years ago!! Gorgeous!!!

“Another Amazing Beach”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

Great snorkeling, very private. I felt like I was in paradise - the sand was soft and clean, the water was crystal clear and the views were inspirational. I love this beach!!!

“Private, romantic, crystal clear seas”
Reviewed March 10, 2013

We stayed at Turtle bay and loved this quiet corner of the Caneel Bay resort. The snorkeling is quite nice. Abundant fish of all kinds school around the rocks on the right side of the beach. On the left is one of the most beautiful coral reefs on the island. We never saw more than a few other people on the beach, so it felt like our own private place. And when we wanted to snorkel with sea turtles, we walked around the corner to Hawksnest beach. The rooms are wonderful with great views. We thought the ground floor rooms would be night because you can walk right onto the beach, but we came to appreciate our second-floor room because of the cathedral ceiling and nobody walking by our open windows. Either way, you'll love Turtle Bay.

“Great body surfing late in the day”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

We have a young son and this worked out to be the best place for him. Waves were big enough to be fun but not dangerous. Good snorkeling around the rocks at either end. Good location for the 4-5 afternoon tea on the hill above at turtle bay house.

“AH Paradise!”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

It's in the US VIRGIN ISLANDS. It's on the same grounds as Caneel Bay. Turtle Bay has their own dining room and rooms to stay. It's quieter than Caneel Bay. It's a nice change .

Enjoy!
