Our guide, Patrick Conniley, was enthusiastic, kind, positive and helpful. Our 3-4 hour outing consisted of kayaking in beautiful, blue clear water, hiking, and snorkeling. I had never snorkeled before and felt anxious, but our guide, Patrick, was patient with me and had me snorkeling in about 10 minutes. We saw several conchs, living and dead coral, a turtle muching on grass, and various fish. During the hike Patrick pointed out interesting plants, critters, and history of the island. The experience was fun, educational, and an opportunity to MOVE our bodies! If you go, avoid wearing flip-flops. What is an "easy" hike became not so fun for those who wore flip-flops because loose rock is encountered. A "Teva"-like sandle that will support your foot and can get wet is best.
