“Idyllic setting!”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

Calm, pristine waters and easy snorkeling just off the beach make this a perfect site for families with children. We were here during of Tropical Storm Isaac and the water was still calm!

“One of the Best Beaches on St John”
Reviewed August 17, 2012

I love the beach and clear beautiful water with abundant sea life. Too bad The Park Service put in 'outhouse' type potties, the odor can be disruptive to time on the beach! Overall, Maho is a must visit beach though!

Not always discovered by tourists, great sunsets, crystal clear water, very pristine....great place to soak and swim on the Island of St. John. Always make a visit to this one. Campgrounds available overlooking the Beach.

“Rays and turtles”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

he beach itself is close to the road and a popular spot for visitors, so you won;t find solitude here. We found the snorkeling here to be unremarkable, except for the several rays and two turtles we saw. We did not see turtles anywhere else, and saw only one other ray.

“Sweet Beach”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

I see why kids go here now. Sweet, soft waves and beautiful snorkeling. Does have restrooms here. We rented a kayak from Cinnamon Kay and kayaked over. A great trip.
