“Peaceful”

Quiet and serene, good place to read, relax and snorkel. The facilities were welcome to rinse off before getting into our car.

“Skip Trunk Bay; Go Here”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 30, 2014

We stayed a week on St. Thomas and spent a full day on St. John. We went to Trunk Bay and it was very disappointing for a variety of reasons (see my review). So I looked at my map and went here. Well, this is a beach. Fewer leathery cruise ship patrons flailing about shallow waters with noodles and life vests; this is calm and beautiful.

Tip: There is a tiny island around 200 yards from the beach. Plan on snorkeling to it. On the right side of the beach there is a coral reef which starts around 30 yards from the beach and goes straight to the island. Find and it stay close to it while swimming back and forth, as the water gets deep farther from the reef. If you have kids, bring a zip lock to go shelling on the tiny island.

“A must see beach”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 29, 2014

This beach was incredible; picturesque blue water and powder white sands. Easy access to cabs, parking, food and facilities (including equipment rentals), but when you're on the beach you feel miles away from it all! Great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing.

“Favorite Beach on the island”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014

We love Cinnamon! This is by far our favorite beach on the island! The North Shore is beautiful and Cinnamon is the beach where my children always want to go.

“Beauty Abounds!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 23, 2014 via mobile

During a recent stay at Sugar Bay Resort on St Thomas, we took the ferry over to St John and to Cinnamon Bay! The beach was sooo beautiful adorned with yachts lined up in the ocean, a group of college aged kids were playing volleyball on the beach, one area of the beach was full of tourist while we ventured to the opposite end and found a totally private area. I've seen a lot of beaches and this ranks as one of my favorites! Beautiful! I recommend you take your snacks and beverages with you as I found it very limited as to what was available once you got there! Went for the scenery and can't wait to go again! Gorgeous~
