“Gorgeous tropical beach!”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

We spent the afternoon at Cinnamon Bay -- came over on the car barge from St-Thomas ($50 return for car, regardless of number of occupants). It was idyllic. Soft, white sand, not just on the beach but as far out as one could wade, with no rocks. Clear turquoise water. Shade available from lush foliage. Facilities available, including showers, toilets, chair and snorkel equipment rentals, etc. Parking in the early afternoon was difficult to find. We would return in a heartbeat.

“Amazing eatery...”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

beautiful scenery, HUGE BAY, and awesome for swimming/kayaking. I felt like i was in a wave pool at an amusement park. waters are a little more choppy here, i'm assuming because of how large the Bay is and it's completely open. you can rent boogey boards, snorkel gear, surf boards and such from here as well. rental shop is right on the beach.

PLEASE, try the honey dipped chicken from the eatery... $10 for half of a chicken and fries. I couldn't even eat it all. lol. SUPER GOOD!

“Great windsurfing lessons”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

A nice sand beach with convenient foliage for shade, safe swimming, and good snorkeling. We also spent a couple of afternoons learning to windsurf from Kendall at the rental concession ($200/person). He had a very good method of teaching and ferried us in his zodiac to nearby Maho Bay for calmer conditions and a nice journey making our way back to the Cinnamon Bay beach.

“great for kids”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

My 8-year-old daughter loved Cinnamon Bay because the beach was long and wide and the water was so calm. It was great for a beginning swimmer/snorkeler!! She was able to feel comfortable there before moving on to more serious swimming and snorkeling at other beaches.
