This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. It was very quiet when we were there. The water is crystal clear and you can see turtles, stingrays and other kind of sea life.
It's also very clam waters so perfect for swimming or just floating around.
If you visit St. John this is a must. Go here rather than Cinnamon bay.

The sand in and out of the water is soft and there are many trees for shade right on the beach. The water was so clear and calm even on a day where other beaches had swells. The snorkeling on either end of the bay is terrific and we say many different colorful fish, several rays, and a few large fish. Also at the north end the pelicans were dive bombing for fish and put on quite an aerial show. Great family beach and easy for an infant to enter the water safely and have a ball!

What a great beach!!! This is where I spent the day with my sister and friends!!! The water is crystal clear... LOTS of fish for #snorkeling and #pelican watching!!! People came
to the beach by car, taxi and boat!!! A definite place to visit while on the island of St. John!!!

Went here three times during our week stay this time. It ended up being our "go to" beach, as it was sheltered from the waves and we were able to snorkel here each day, while other beaches were too rough. Saw large and small stingrays and turtles, and HUGE barracuda and tarpon as well as many other varieties of fish. Great snorkling. Great pics by the one end of the beach of the twisted and curved as well as straight palm trees reflecting on the clear blue water. Love it.

Good snorkeling beach, saw rays, turtles, sheltered from big waves. No reef though, so didn't see as many fish as we expected
