Description: The Lime Inn restaurant is located in downtown Cruz Bay and has been a favorite between locals and visitors alike since 1984. Still owned and operated by the Meyer family (now daughter, Chelsea, and son in law, Richard) your St. John experience is not complete without a visit to our open-air, friendly, restaurant. We are known for our wonderful staff and delicious and consistent meals. Join us for our all day Happy Hour 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, where our signature cocktails are $4 and Presidente Beers are $2. Fresh Grilled Caribbean Lobster is served daily along with our famous cracked conch, rum ribs, and house made pasta, just to name a few. You can also eat light with an awesome appetizer selection, fresh salads, and famous soups. No one can leave, either, without a taste of our famous Key Lime pie. We are open for Lunch Monday thru Saturday from 11:30 to 5, happy hour Monday thru Saturday 11:30 am-5:30 and Dinner Monday thru Saturday from 5:30 to 9:30. We look forward to seeing you!

“Our original Bushwacker”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

Great restaurant. Courteous staff, from hostess to waiter/waitress. I recall coming here 20 years ago and asking for a "drink without an umbrella" and we were served "The Bushwacker" (equal parts Rum, Vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, and Amaretto). I now see "Bushwackers" on every menu in St. John. We have an annual "Bushwacker" party back here in PA with island theme dress-up and a live reggae band. But back to the Lime Inn - glad to see them keeping the high quality. My son enjoyed the Lobster and I had a great blackened Mahi dinner. I will most definitely return to The Lime Inn on my next trip to St. John.

“Wonderful Food & Atmosphere”
Reviewed May 27, 2013

A highlight dining experience on our recent travels to St. John. Rich is the hardest working restauranteur on the island. He was constantly in action to ensure everyone's pleasant dining experience. The food was wonderful and reasonably priced, for the quality and the location.

“Cute little Restaurant”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

We ate there our 1st night on St John because it was across the street from where we were staying and recommended.
It is a casual open air restaurant tucked in back between some shops about 2 blocks from ferry dock.
We both had seafood meals with shrimp. The food was tasty, portion size was decent and the service was friendly and quick and good.
We both had a Painkiller mixed drinks while waiting for our dinner and they were strong and delicious.
We would recommend trying Lime Inn while in Cruz Bay

The food was wonderful! Service was friendly! The deserts...to die for! The brownie and ice cream made my daughters day. At the end of dinner there was actually a person in full fishing gear bringing in the BIGGEST fish I have ever seen...talk about fresh! This was definitely our favorite restaurant!!!

“shrimp night”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

We attended on Wednesday night, which was all you can eat peel and shrimp. There was 4 of us in the party and only 1 of us ordered the shrimp. Overall the food was very good and service was good. This is a definite place to eat when travelling to St John
