Description: The Lime Inn restaurant is located in downtown Cruz Bay and has been a favorite between locals and visitors alike since 1984. Still owned and operated by the Meyer family (now daughter, Chelsea, and son in law, Richard) your St. John experience is not complete without a visit to our open-air, friendly, restaurant. We are known for our wonderful staff and delicious and consistent meals. Join us for our all day Happy Hour 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, where our signature cocktails are $4 and Presidente Beers are $2. Fresh Grilled Caribbean Lobster is served daily along with our famous whole snapper, rum ribs, and house made pasta, just to name a few. You can also eat light with our appetizer selection, fresh salads, and slow cooked soups. No one can leave, either, without a taste of our famous Key Lime pie. We are open for Lunch Monday thru Saturday from 11:30 to 5, happy hour Monday thru Saturday 11:30 am-5:30 and Dinner Monday thru Saturday from 5:30 to 9:30. We look forward to seeing you!

The food is excellent and always top notch. Tyler at the bar makes great drinks and doesn't stint on the liquor!! Always dependable and a delightful dinner location.

We were very disappointed after reading so many good wright ups on this place. It was mediocker to say the least. If you don't mind sitting on plastic chairs, and paying high end prices for a so-so meal then maybe you would be satisfied here. But there are much better choices on the island. I would send yo to the Rhumb Lime or Spy Glass over this place.

Don't bother with this place. Not worth all the hype. I ordered the king crab legs, not fresh, very dry but priced like like fine dining without the fine.

Please tell me, someone/anyone if The Lime Inn is still doing the shrimp feast on Wednesday. We dream about it. We wax nostalgic about it. Our eyes roll back in our heads when we remember the old days. We're coming back to island in February and will commit suicide by jumping off Ram Head if we can't eat Lime Inn spicy shrimp.

Please, by all means, do not go on jump off of Rams Head. You may hike it and enjoy the amazing breeze and views but you may not jump. The Lime Inn will be full of energy and excitement come February, and yes, we will have spicy steamed shrimp of the all you can eat variety. We do take reservations now, as well, so please give us a call! Thanks in advance for keeping your life and taking your happy healthy bodies down to the Lime Inn for our 28th year of darn good food and great service.
