Its called Virgin Fire, its a whole new experience. We got BBQ ribs-- with a tamarind sauce fall off the bone as described.House made popovers with local honey butter also a hit.Great spa cocktails--- Prisoner of St John is a watermelon lemondade with a nice kick.Sat in a booth with a salt lamp very cool.Staff was all over it and affordable for a finer dining kinda of place.

“New restaurant called Virgin Fire”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2013

Located where la Plancha was on the second floor in Mongoose Junction, this restaurant is run by the owners of Sun Dog Cafe and it did not disappoint. We had a great meal with prompt, friendly service. The salt block app and corn/crab fritters were wonderful. Finished with Key Lime cheesecake, enough to share. Wonderful evening.
