Based on reviews from trip Advisor, this was on our list to check out. Located literally on the beach about 20 feet from the crystal clear turquiose water. Feels like an upscale atmosphere with clean brick and tile work all around, and not over the top decor like some places trying to hard. The BLT was the best I've ever had served on lightly grilled brushetta bread with olive oil. Chef and kitchen in full view and was sincerely interested and appreciative in our opinion.

We had our wedding reception at the WFB in early May 2011. Owner Joe was amazing to work with and calmed my bridal nerves. The food was exceptional and the staff attentive. Thank you Joe!

My wife had the duck confit appetizer which was a meal in itself, really superb. I ordered the foie gras with a pineapple/pistachio garnish with a glass of moscato. When the waitress served it she brought another sweet wine explaining that they ran out of the moscato but she was giving us another wine at no charge. The seared liver was tender and done perfectly. For entrees we had a tuna rare and an unbelievable lamb loin over risotto infused with the meat from a lamb shank. This was a a truly great meal in a beautiful setting.

The best thing going for Waterfront Bistro is its great view and very well-decorated interior.
Waaaay overpriced, dinner was so salty it was almost inedible (mahi-mahi and scallops= only two scallops and small piece of mahi-mahi), and the banana colada had no bananas anywhere near it... chemical and watery. Note: don't sit under the fan because your hair will be in your dinner the entire meal.
