This evening was a special opportunity to catch up with some dear friends. We wanted excellent food and service and we got both at this wonderful spot. First of all, ask for Sally. I have dined for many years in many cities and she found the perfect combination of attention, timing, enthusiasm and skill to make this a top notch evening.
The four of us settled on two dishes and both were superb. Both of the women ordered a Tuna Nicoise, beautiful presentation, a delicious cut of Tuna with a poached egg on top. The taste was exceptional.
I ordered the Lamb Trio, don't be fooled by the description. It is not a shank bone, rather gently sliced tender cuts of lamb sitting on a bed or risotto and grilled asparagus.
We sat along the rail and although we dined to late to enjoy the sunset, I am sure that it would have been perfect as well.
