“Loved that Bartender!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2012

We were in St John for a month and this is the place we ate most often. The food was good quality, fresh and well prepared and they had vegetables which are scarce down there. But if Donna is behind the bar, watch closely as she makes drinks with fruit purees and they are gorgeous as well as delicious.

“Great lunch and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2012

We stopped for lunch on our drive around St. Thomas--we had read good things about the chef and business on-line and were looking for it. My husband and I split an appetizer off the specials list--delicious stuffed crab with an awesome sauce. Based on our waiter's recommendation, we split the fish and chips off the regular menu--grouper with nice fat fries. Plenty of food for both of us and made the money spent more reasonable. They made their awesome strawberry lemonade non-alcoholic for me (due to pregnancy) and my husband was driving so he just had a coke. We were informed by the waiter that they triple-filter the water they use for their ice and we had no problems digesting ;-). I only wish we'd been there for some night-life and live music! Maybe next year, when I can drink again! There are also a couple/few cute little shops on the premises that sell nice island stuff, Now & Zen had a cool little wooden frog thing that you could make the exact sound of the island night-frogs by rubbing the included stick up its back...

“Engagement”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2012

This was by far one of the best moments of my trip to St. John's. My boyfriend surprised me and purposed to me while at dinner with the family! This place will always be a great memory but can't forget to mention the food was delicious as well!! Ordered pasta with oysters and had it for leftovers several nights later and tasted just as good!

“"Always one of our favorite places to eat!!"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2012

It was the first night of our vacation in May, 2012 and no questions asked as to where we would go for dinner...Shipwreck Landing, of course. When we were here for vacation in July, 2011, we actually ate here twice!! Mainly, because we loved the crusted chicken with the mango sauce. This time around did not disappoint either! We always love one of the Raspberry Mango Coladas. Sooo good!! We ordered the salad, fried shrimp and fries. Always a great choice and always absolutely delicious! Several couples came in while we were waiting for our food and saw our drinks and wanted one of them, too! They asked if the food was good here and I said "Absolutely!!" Will always find time to eat at Shipwreck Landing when we come to St. John!
