The food here is really really good. The prices are a little expensive but the portions were huge (enough for 2 meals from one entree). I had the penne primavera and my husband had the fettuccini ala roma. Both meals were excellent. We couldn't wait to eat our leftovers. I appreciated that they marked vegetarian items on their menu.

Just got back from St. John, and went to Cafe Roma twice! The pastas were incredible, as was the pizza. Definitely would recommend the "Ragin Cajun" or the "Seafood Alfredo". The atmosphere in Cafe Roma is superb and really feels like being in a home! Lastly, the service was great. There were three guys working our first night, and they were working our second visit as well. Luke at the bar will take care of you if you decide to sit up there and do the 16" pizza special. Overall, a great experience Italian food. Can't wait to go back

This is a good, solid restaurant that is affordable and consistently good. We always have good service and the pizza cant be beat. The only drawback here are the restrooms - must go outside the restaurant, back down the steps and around the corner, cant send a child alone

Had a great experience. Server very personable. We were amazed at the size of the portions, clearly large enough to share. The manicotti is a casserole covered with yummy gooey cheese. The alfredo is liberally laced with mushrooms and topped with sundried tomatoes for adelicious change of pace. Willdefinitely return.

My girlfriend and I dined at Cafe Roma just this past Tuesday and the only thing better than the food was the incredible service. The three gentlemen working made us feel very at home. We shared the salad special that evening. Fresh local mixed greens with dried cranberrys, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. My girlfriend had the seafood manicotti and I had the veal Parmesan. The portions were so large we had enough leftover for lunch the next day. Our server recommended an awesome, very moderately priced wine. The Loca Linda Malbec paired perfectly with our meals. I highly recommend Cafe Roma for at least one if not all of your meals on island.
