“Relaxing Beach”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

During my last visit to St Thomas, I went to the Morningstar Beach every day. There were chairs and umbrella for rental. For guests, the lounge chairs and umbrellas are free. For non-guests the lounge chairs are $10 for day and for two chairs and umbrella the charge would be $25. You can eat at the restaurant on the beach. You can also get drinks at either of two bars. Moreover, there is a net for playing volley ball at one end of beach. You can rent boards, rafts, or small row boats. If you do not want to rent an umbrella, you can take the lounge chair under the trees. Sometimes you will see iguanas crawling in the bushes.

“Tranquility at Morningstar Bay”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

Although this gorgeous beach with light surf action and foot friendly sand abuts the Marriott resort, it's accessible to the public. It's peaceful, without crowds, loud contraptions, vendors, etc. Coco Joe's restaurant available for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

“Picture Perfect”
Reviewed June 7, 2013

After hitting the other beaches on the island of St. Thomas and St. John, this was one of the best. For guests of the hotel, the use of the chairs and umbrella's are complimentary but for visiting cruise ship passengers there is a charge. Be sure to arrive early to secure a space and don't be afraid to walk the whole beach. No fish to see so leave the snorkeling gear and the coral/rock beach entry can be tricky. Bring your own alcohol if you can as the hotel drink prices are high but the drinks do taste great.

“Beautiful Beach”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

We go to Morningstar Beach every time we visit St Thomas. We stay at the Marriott Frenchmans Cove. The beach there is small, so we take the free shuttle to Morningstar. There is an AMAZING restaurant for dinner service, Havana Blue, Fantastic Cuban cuisine (make sure you get a reservation). Also, there is a fun bar, Sand Bar, on the beach and a fun place to have lunch and/or drinks RIGHT on the Beach, Coco Joes. You can rent jet skis or other aquatic equipment right on the beach as well.I highly recommend Morningstar!
