“Outstanding veiws!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2014

On our recent cruise to the Caribbean, we visited St. Thomas and purchased tickets from Carnival for $39.98 for two adults for the Paradise Point Tramway.. The steps were a bit daunting since I use a walker to get around but the staff was very helpful and I made it just fine. I am mobile, and can climb stairs, it just takes me a while... The views from the top of the mountain were incredible!

We enjoyed sitting for a while and taking in the sites from such a beautiful place. There were a few shops with souvenirs and a lady with birds. The bird show was free, but there was a $20 charge if you wanted photos of the birds...

It was a very nice attraction... take water with you... it's very warm and the drinks at the bar are expensive...

“Amazing view of Charlotte Amalie”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 23, 2014

A short walk from Havensight port takes you to the base of Skyride. There is an admission fee and a photo-op., then you board the cable car for the six minute ride to Paradise Point. There is a bar and Souvenir shops up at the top and a breath-taking view of the city and waterfront. you can stay as long as you care to. We enjoyed the famous 'Bushwacker' drink from the bar.

“View is nice but not worth the money”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2014

Took a ride with my family - $84 for a three minute ride up. View is nice but I think there are other views on St Thomas that are just as good. Makes spending $150 for an entire day of snorkeling and exploring the British Virgin Islands seem like a bargain. Some gift shops and a bar at the top which are fine. i heard you could take a taxi to the top for a fraction of the price so if you really need to see the view - sounds like a good alternative.

“Expensive ride for a view”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 22, 2014

We took the tram ride up to Paradise Point last Friday, looking for something different to do in St. Thomas on a cruise ship stop. It cost $42 for the two of us, which I felt was quite pricey. When we got to the top, the view was fantastic. Because it was Good Friday, they could only serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, which was fine since it was early but their signature Bailey's Bushwacker was not available.
The shops are nothing to write home about. We used the free wifi for an hour or so, shared a smoothie and took the tram back down.
We definitely wouldn't do it again, nor do I think I would recommend it either. Definitely overpriced!

“Not worth the money.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2014

We found this expensive for the three minute tram ride. It was $21 per person and was very short. The view at the top was pretty, but nothing spectacular. I would spend $7 tops on this and would never feel the need to repeat.
