We would have walked right by this, despite knowing about it and keeping an eye out for it, but fortunately a woman associated with the establishment was right outside and shooed us in.
It was a great little break from main street. It was lush and tropical inside, unlike a Bavarian Hall, which for some reason was what I was picturing. There was only one ship in port, so it was quiet, but the people in there were relaxed and friendly. The beer prices were very good, especially considering we were in a touristy area. The selection isn't terrible either.
People say the conch fritter are really great, and they make a great bushwacker, but we just stopped in for some quick cold ones. Two drinks cost us five bucks, which is unheard of in the states unless it's college night and you're drinking Busch Light from a keg. It's a nice place to duck in and enjoy.
