The captain of the charter was rude and entitled. We were on a different charter and the seas the day boat cut in front of us at customs. Then they were in such a hurry to leave after clearing customs they untethered our boat without our captains knowledge and almost backed us into another boat’s running motor. Completely unprofessional and dangerous. Steer clear. I don’t think they are local as they seem unfamiliar with local norms.
We regret that you have chosen to write a review without a full understanding of the situation or norms involving docking on St. John. First, docking and leaving the dock is directed by the dock master, so while it may have appeared that your boat was cut off, our boat was simply ahead in the queue to dock. Second, it is simply impossible that our captain would have untied your boat "without your captain's knowledge." If your boat did move as our boat was leaving the dock, we must imagine that your boat was not tied securely to the dock, or that your perception was imperfect after a long, fun day exploring the beach bars of the BVI. It is unfortunate that you have left this review, as we would have loved the opportunity to show you a fun, safe day exploring our beautiful waters with one of our excellent captains.

Worth every penny! We did the 35’ catamaran. Lunch at lovango took a long time (which wasn’t normal) but I didn’t mind the break. The crew was amazing and we had the best time! 100% will do again when we come back.

Outstanding tour with superb captain and Emmy award winning first mate. When high winds made snorkeling in Turtle Cove a no-go, he found us another excellent snorkeling cove and we saw several large turtles. You had so much room on the boat and help with your gear was always available. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.
Happy to hear that the location change was not a disappointment. We are fortunate to have many BEAUTIFUL back up options incase weather or unknown circumstances change the itinerary.

Our trip on the Aquarius with Brian was fantastic! The tour he planned for us was a great mix of being in the water and touring around looking at the beautiful sites. The first snorkel destination had extremely high currents and a few of us had to be towed back in by a small boat. The next destination was no current and we saw lots of sea turtles which was awesome. We had 11 aboard and we all had a wonderful time.
I do feel inclined to let other patrons know that the per day or half day price is only one piece of the total cost. It costs $15 per person each way for a taxi/shuttle to get from the cruise port to the harbor. Additionally, you pay for fuel at $8/gallon (our total for a 4 hour trip was $125). And lastly, it is strongly suggested that you tip 20% to the boat operator. So all in all for our party of 11 our $695 charter trip came to a total over $1,200. I think it would be preferable to have an all inclusive price because not everyone carries that amount of cash to pay taxi driver and boat captain. It was 100% worth the cost but I do think it should be more straight forward in how it is presented on the website.
St. Thomas is absolutely beautiful and we leave with awesome memories of a great day in the gorgeous blue water!!!
