The response from the Customer Service team was quick and efficient and all our concerns were addressed promptly prior to the tour. They were very accommodating in the pickup time and the order of the tour to our group of 18, travelling with our Mom who is almost 85 years old. We made the mistake on pick up time as we were not aware that the ship time did not follow St. Thomas time. Hamblet, our driver, waited patiently for us at the port for almost an hour as a result. He was very accommodating to our special needs with our mom. It was raining hard at Magens Bay before our pickup time and he came quickly and safely returned us to the ship. All in all, it was a fun day.

Very calm ,Crystal clear ,chilled and scenic too .Hamblet our guide was very courteous and informative .

We were pick up at the cruise port without any problems. Communication was great. We took a ride on an open air taxi to a port where we took a ferry ride to St. John's Island. Our island tour was great and informative. Our guide knowledgeable and allowed ample time for pictures and to explore each stop. We had time to shop and get something to eat before catching the ferry back to St. Thomas. The island is so beautiful and we really did enjoy going. What was not clearly explained was the ferry ride to St. John's is not included. That tacked on an extra $$ round trip tickets for two on the ferry.

Our guide was knowledgeable, prepared and professional. The tour included many lovely sights and vistas in the park and on the island. One improvement would be to allow for us to have a 15-30 minute stop to enjoy one of the beaches instead of just observing it from the road. All in all, it was a nice way to get an overview of the island.

If you're looking for a polished glitzy touristy type of beach experience, you're going to be disappointed if you go to Coki Beach. On the other hand if you're looking for a relaxed beautiful beach with good food and snorkeling, and lots of locals, this is the beach for you.

The beach it's self is relatively short from the loss of sand caused by the most recent storm. As you wade into the water you'll notice that it drops off very quickly from 4 feet to 15 feet, and the bottom is just a little bit rocky. But the water is very warm and crystal clear. Snorkeling here is decent if you don't want to go out very far, but very good if you're willing to venture out a little bit or go to the far left or right of the beach.

The food at Coki Beach is nothing short of excellent. I have been to Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas barbecue, but none of them are as good as the ribs prepared by the chef at Coki Beach. His jerk chicken is also quite good and really moist with tasty Caribbean spices. All the meals are served with deliciously prepared plantains.

The parking here is a little difficult if you don't get there early. But there's also plenty of parking down the road which is just a short walk. The charge to park in the lot at the beach is five dollars but it's good for all day if you want to come and go with your car.

As with any tropical beach, bring mosquito repellent!

On the day we were there there are very few tourists and mostly a bunch of locals enjoying the great mixed drinks from the bar and visiting.

We had a great day at Cokki beach, and if this is the atmosphere you're looking for or you will also.

I read the reviews were people were disappointed, but I think they were expecting something completely different. Cokki Beach is on my list of places to return to if we ever come back to Saint Thomas.

Thank you Michael for your review.
Our company offers all our customers a safe and fun way to explore the Caribbean. We are locals who live in St. Thomas or St. John. Island life is a much simpler life, thank you for pointing out Coki Beach is a laid back beach, with local appeal. We want our guest to "take it easy", and enjoy the view.
We are glade you and your family enjoyed their experience and hope you will come back and visit us.
Best Regards,
Hamblet
