“wonderful secluded beach”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2012

great litlle beach (kinda hard to find) on the road from charlotte amalie and red hook.gorgeous, secluded and not a lot of people. there are a few boats anchored offshore, and the water is crystal clear. not a lot of wave activity, so it's perfect for snorkeling or swimming, or for just relaxing in the water or on the beach. we spent the better part of a day here.

an additional plus here is the cruzan beach club at the sunset grill. on the far right side of the beach, they serve salads, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, even ribs. i was going to try an island favorite, the bushwacker, but the waiter talked me into having a nutwacker, which was the same as a bushwacker (cruzan rum, kahlua, irish cream, cream of coconut, hazelnut), but adds peanut butter and chocolate. yum yum! both secret harbour and the the cruzan beach club at the sunset grill are highly recommended.

“A very calm bay to swim, snorkel and dive”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2012

This is a very easy entry beach that offers good snorkeling, diving and swimming. Aqua Action Dive Shop is located right there to serve your equipment needs and schedule your dives.

“Sunset Grill”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2012

The food was delicious but for a large party the service was slow and the acoustics at the big round table were such that the 10 of us couldn't hear each other. It was also difficult for the server as he had to reach across people and ask for plates. It would be a great, romantic dinner place for 2!

“Great location on beautiful beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2012

We stayed at Secret Harbour for 3 nights in April and were blown away by the location. The beach is simply stunning - crystal clear water and snorkeling just steps away from our room. A wonderfully tranquil and relaxing location. Good food and lovely cocktails in the restaurant and bar. Very close to Red Hook which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. One way taxi fare ranged from $10 to £14 so can work out expensive.

We had an ocean front suite which was very cean, comfortable and spacious although slightly dated. The bed was large and comfortable; the balcony was a bit on the small side, but the stunning view more than made up for it. My husband dived with the dive school there and found them to be incredibly professional and friendly. Both the diving and the snorkeling were first-class.

All in all a most enjoyable trip.
