Getting to this beautiful restaurant was half the fun, with its winding roads and beautiful views. The grounds are stunning, so arrive early to take in the view of the bay. We were seated at a window table, server was very attentive and greated us immediately. We enjoyed a cocktail while looking over a very creative menu. Our appitizers were the calamari and the crab and avocado stack, both outstanding, fresh from the sea crabmeat. Our Entrees were the Prime rib and the Veal Saltimboca, both dishes were seasoned well and very tender. We finished a perfect meal with the Chocolate Bread Pudding, warm and delightful. This was our first visit to Blue Orchid and we are looking forward to returning on our next visit back to St. Thomas. Congrats to the Chef she is creative and talented.
