“Favorite part of our trip”

Travis was an amazing guide- he was funny & super knowledgeable. He could identify all the animals we saw & told us all the history of the mangroves. He even took pictures of us at all the great sights. The snorkeling was great for us beginners and we even saw 2 stingrays! I highly recommend the 3 hour mangrove lagoon tour!!

“Mangrove Eco Kayak and Snorkel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 8, 2013

Zulu and Nora were our guides and did a great job showing us the ropes. The Kayak trip was awesome the hike was cool but the snorkeling was very plain but would be great for first timers. Overall value 6 out of 10. Just need swimsuit, hat, water shoes, sunscreen and water cam.

“A GREAT DAY OF KAYAKING & SNORKELING!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

A day kayaking amongst the mangrove tress and snorkeling in the calm waters protected by them is the perfect way to enjoy St. Thomas. VI Ecotours promised a fun and relaxing day and they delivered. From the time we arrived until we safely returned our trip was one that produced lasting memories. Our trip included 2 snorkeling excursions, some easy paddling and an exciting crab race. Our guide Jason took some amazing pictures (which you can purchase) and was a great guide on the short nature hike to the tide pools. We opted for the 5 hour tour and I have to say that it seemed like 2 hours as the tour was set up to keep things moving and the scenery incredible. I do not think that a trip to St. Thomas would be complete without taking a trip with VI Ecotours. Even a day stop on a cruise ship allows for you to enjoy one of these excursions.

“A tour with something for everyone!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

This was a perfect afternoon family adventure-exactly as advertised. The combination of kayaking, snorkeling and a short island hike in St. Thomas complete with mangroves and hermit crabs made for three hours packed with fun. Zulu was a great guide, putting everyone at ease, and Nora shared his easy going attitude. I definitely recommend this to anyone for both adults and teens.
