Without a doubt the best restaurant in St Thomas and perhaps the entire Caribean. The rack of lamb is outstanding as well as the stuffed chicken breast. Unique salads and deserts.

The only con is the location, a long windy road on route 33 in the mountain top area of St Thomas about 2 miles west from the Amofolie restaurant which cannot compare. So good went back twice

This place was such a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was super cute with rustic wall and unique arts.

The food was fresh and delicious! You'll find bacon in many of the dishes but they also have vegetarian options. Service was impeccable.

Their glazed donut breadpudding was amazing. Will try their bacon brownie on the next visit.

Go there if you are on the island and want really good food!

I've been going to St Thomas for over 10 years and am embarrassed to say that I had never set foot in Thirteen until this most recent trip. I am now kicking my rear end over all this lost time. I've always been a Craig & Sally's fan as well as Oceana and Chez Le Caribe, but I'm now a convert to Thirteen. Make no mistake....it's not an easy-to-find location on Rte 33, but well worth the effort (call ahead for directions). The setting is quite nice and feels very local...sort of like you are "in" on a well-kept island secret. Service was great and everyone was cheery, cordial, and very helpful.

This is a place for foodies given the attention to the menu and the high-end quality coming out of the kitchen. The tapas and starters offered a wide variety with the flat bread special of the day incredibly delicious as were the mussles, chicken liver mousse, and edamame. I had the blackened ribeye that was cooked perfectly and quite tasty. A vegetarian at the table had no problem with the menu and thought it was one of the best meals he had while on the island.

Although I regret having missed this hidden island gem up until this point, I will not make that mistake again. Goodbye Havana Blue and a very sad adieu to Craig & Sally's, but a big HELLO to Thirteen. I will be back.....
