Took my family, three kids (10,7,16 months) to Shipwreck on the recommendation of a local. During our trip to St. Thomas we've had a few good and a few bad dining experiences so I have some context here. The burgers were as good as advertised, I had the St Kitts burger and finished every bite. The atmosphere was very cool laid back and local, and the kids loved the kitschy touches in every corner. Also lots of great televisions if you are looking to watch a game. One of my complaints was the same as I've had at most restaurants here, the Coke is terrible. All these places should only serve Coke out of a can because the mix is awful. Don't know if it is the bad water or what but do not order soda if it comes out of machine. Also the hostess was a bit rude ( another trend around the island). I would like to remind these folks that without tourists, most of them would not have a job.

From drinks to food, everything was excellent. They had a lot of tv's in which to watch the basketball games. Would have liked a more comfortable stool.

This place is always crowded. But, one day we decided to try it out. The food was great!!! The service was fine. the prices were average for the island.

Hey, a place in St. Thomas with a veggie burger!! Score one for the vegetarian! The bushwhacker wasn't bad, either. My father in-law liked the ribs, too
