“Excellent breakfast”
Reviewed September 20, 2013

I came here for breakfast right after my arrival. The place is nice and the breakfast is excellent. Penny, our waitress, was excellent.

The only thing I did not like were the IGUANAS!!! They are verywhere and expect people to give them food. They are not afraid of people and can get really close to the customers.

“Disappointing at Best”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

We have always made a stop at Molly Molone's when visiting St. Thomas. This visit was a big disappointment. We ordered conch fritters to start which were very greasy, had an "odd" taste to them and were overcooked. For dinnner we each ordered a corned beef sandwich. When it arrived the sandwich didn't have much meat on it and just look pathetic with a 1 oz. Bag of potato chips. For dessert my husband ordered key lime pie which looked like it had been in their refridgerator for a while and tasted "off"...it really didn't have any tartness to it or have a lime flavor. The meal was exceptionally overpriced for what it was - both in quality and quantity. The waitress was poor at best. I think Molly Molone's will come off our list for the next visit.

“Best Breakfast in Red Hook”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

We usually eat breakfast here which is priced better than lunch or dinner. Breakfast is very good. Lunches are hit and miss - beef nachos are standard bar food but all you can eat bbq special was great. Service has always been very good. Drinks are expensive - $10 for a bushwhacker. Dockside dining is nice, our only complaint is there is a moldy smell next to the decorative pool of water so we steer away from that section.

“very expensive bad food”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

had a few breakfasts that were decent. went to dinner one night and was so disappointed.we ordered the fish and chips $21, shepherds pie $22. and philly chicken steak sandwich with chips $16. two iced teas and a root beer. total bill $75. well the two dinners came with a very small salad. the fish was really greasy and no flavor the Shepherds pie was very small and thin.they were suppose to come with scones . the sandwich was minced chicken with no sauce or gravy and was shockingly dry. when i told the waitress the fish was greasy she said it is fried you know. i said so are the french fries and they aren't greasy. i think she needs a lesson in batters and frying. then she brings the bill and i asked why we didn't get our scones. she said they didn't have any. i told her its not right to not have whats on the menu and not let the customer now before ordering.totally felt ripped off and disappointed. we visit St Thomas quite often and Mollys was always a decent place to eat. they used to have great tasting and satisfying dinner specials for around $16 every night . not this year i hated everything. will not be returning to Molly Malones.

“Not bad not great”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

Had breakfast here today. Pancakes were fair, a little greasy. Omellete was very good. Eggs Benedict ok. Service good and very friendly. Apple juice tasted a little off. No kids menu for breakfast.
