The entire island is still being rewired for cable TV, so it really doesn't matter where you stay, without wires, there has been no TV and 99.9% of our guests have been understanding and have not cared. After the storm, we waited patiently for cell phone service, water, internet, and electricity to be restored, and eventually they all were restored in due time. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on cable TV. As for discussing this with you, you booked on a third party site, which we have no control over, so we had no communication with you. If you had asked us about TV, we would have been honest with you. As for response to emails, they are answered by the owner (not the front desk) and like everyone else, the owners have busy schedules, illness, family issues, vacations, etc., so our apologies that we have upset you in all of these ways.
