We had such great experiences at CiBoNe. The staff was awesome, the drinks were great, and the food was wonderfully prepared. It is a small hole in the wall restaurant, nestled into an alleyway in Fredericksted, but it is absolutley worth checking out for dinner or brunch. For dinner we had filet mignon and seafood alredo; for brunch we had deep fried french toast and shrimp and vegetable hash with seafoam mimosas and bloody marys.
