“Lovely beach”
Reviewed January 3, 2013

Only two minutes from the Christiansted boardwalk, Protestant Cay has the perfect location. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of fish to look at if you go snorkelling.

“Close Beach!”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

A great place to go when you are in Christiansted and don't have a car! The beach is wonderful and although in the harbor the water is clear as GLASS! It's amazing how warm and clear the water is and so close to our hotel!
We also ate breakfast at the beach restaurant which was fresh and delicious!

“Great snorkeling”
Reviewed September 8, 2012

The cay is a very short ferry ride (about 1 minute) from the Fort Christiansted pier. If you're staying at the hotel, the ferry is free, otherwise it is a $5 fee for the round-trip ride. The beach is very nice, with very calm waters. The beach was cleaned everday. Chairs are provided for guests of the hotel, but cost $5 each if you're just visiting the island. The bar/restaurant on site has a wide range of food and drinks to choose from on their menu, with reasonable prices.

“Safe and cute island resort right in Christiansted Harbour”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

I visit St. Croix yearly as a time share owner. Single lady. I enjoy the security of being on a private island with only a small ferry boat to access. The ferryboat is free for hotel/resort guests and there is a clean beach, snorkeling, and a restaurant/bar. On Tuesdays, there is a beach party barbeque that is all-you-can-eat.
