This is one of our favorite places to enjoy a day with the kids! The staff here is always friendly, and Rysa always greets my children by name each time we come in. It's so lovely to have that added personal touch to any service, right?! She knows that they love lemonade, and she'll bring it over before even taking our drink order. The menu is fairly diverse, and though it's not necessarily the best food I've had on island, they do have some things that aren't done better elsewhere. Enter: onion rings. The onion rings are out of this world, and the dipping sauce is really stellar also. It's the little things, right? The other thing they have that no one else does is the Sparkling Palm. Do yourself a favor, and start your Sunday brunch right there. If you like a mimosa, swap it for a Sparkling Palm. If you're here in the summer, ask them to toss a few ice cubes in it, though ;) You'll be thanking me for sure.

The pool is absolutely stunning with the new lights they've put in and really adds to the ambiance at night. And speaking of nighttime, you're absolutely not going to want to miss Caribbean Night on Mondays! You will dance with Mocko Jumbies, watch dancers spin fire, limbo on the beach, and get up and dance the night away!

The Palms is located on the ONLY Blue Flag certified beach on St. Croix, and it really does show. The sand is soft and white, the water is sparkling and clear, and the beach is free of trash. So, after you have a bevy and a bite, grab your snorkel gear and go for a swim!

*Caribbean Night is a MUST SEE
*The pool is lovely and there is a HUGE stash of pool toys for adults & kids alike
*Sparkling Palm gets my vote for best drink on Island
*Service is a bit slower, but the personal touches make the biggest difference
*Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, and the ladies' lounge is stellar
*Located on one of the most pristine beaches on island with stunning views

We had dinner at the Palms the night they had a buffet with the Tremmers and a fire dance. The show was a nice diversion. The service was good yet the buffet was pretty lame.

We didn't eat from their menu so unable to provide any input. If you go for the show don't expect much from the buffet.

Food was GREAT!! Very laid back and takes a little longer to get your food, but as long as you are prepared for the wait, it is well worth it!
