My wife and I had the best vacation either of us has ever had. Chuck and Joyce are committed to getting to know and helping out their guests. The full staff at the Palms are very friendly and were a joy to talk with. All were eager to help make our vacation a completely worry free and relaxing time.

Our room had the perfect view, the owner took us snorkeling and set the bar so high in serving us that we would be foolish to not stay there on our next vacation. I don't know how a vacation could be better, but we'll see next year.

The Palms at Pelican Cove was a wonderful mix of quiet and peaceful during the week and a bit busier on the weekends, which was perfect if you needed a little bit of both. The pool was extremely refreshing as I used it every morning and was delighted to find it so tranquil and spotless. The Palms gives you a individual personal feeling and Chuck and his wife are wonderful hosts. I would recommend this little piece of paradise to anyone

We had a fantastic time. The staff, Dicky from the reception desk, Mama G, our housekeeper,, Allison at the bar and the entire restaurant staff were some of the friendliest and efficient individuals we have ever met!

It is very obvious they all truly enjoyed working for Chuck, the owner, who was also fantastic and very involved with making sure his guests have a wonderful experience.

We traveled with a 22-month old active toddler and the staff were great with him!
JJ, Allison's nephew ,was a fun playmate in the pool with him

The food was good and reasonably priced. Great beach and good snorkling. Room is in need of renovation and is on the books as building 2 was underway when we were there. Suprise was a comp drink at the bar for both of us and a comp bottle of Cruzan rum. Need car to get around. Every one was very nice and eager to help. Pool was nice and warm. Take bug repellent as the no see em bugs are bad.

St. Croix has been blessed with many good restaurants. In fact, I regularly hear from guests that every place they have eaten on island has been outstanding. That's good, because it sets our standards high. And it matters greatly to us here at The Palms that our restaurant and bar be second to none on island for quality and value. Thank you for your reassurance. As you point out, we are in the midst of some room renovations and are almost half done. However, because we keep the disturbance isolated and at a low level, many visitors are unaware that they are underway at all - and that's good. All of our arriving guests are treated to a complimentary beverage at our bar (to unwind), and to a bottle of our island Cruzan Rum in their room (to remain unwound). We appreciate you staying with us.

I stayed here for a business trip recently. Nice location and nice staff. Free liter of rum with a few cans of coke at check in, as well as a complimentary cocktail at the bar. All good in my book. On top of that, the food marks high by Caribbean standards, in taste, speediness of service, and price.
