Hubby and I decided to try this restaurant based on a local's recommendation. We made reservations and were promptly seated when we arrived at a table near the boardwalk. We both ordered drinks and we were not disappointed. That is where the excitement ends for our dining experience.
Drinks - I ordered the Tsunami and dear hubby ordered a Long Island. The drinks were the highlight of our meal.
Appetizer - We ordered the fried calamari with a local creole sauce. The batter was bland and the creole sauce tasted like canned tomatoes with a few additional seasonings.
Main Entree - I ordered the manchego crusted scallops with risotto. The risotto was bland, but the scallops were nicely seasoned. My hubby ordered the chicken Parmesan, which he thought had no flavor.
Overall - I would go for drinks, atmosphere, and the view of the harbor, but not for the food.
