Loved this hotel. Went during shoulder season, there were 100 staff for 20 guests. The property is seven stars, the pool and beach were out of this world. A night time walk on the beach was very romantic. The food was too notch. Stayed in a suite after being upgraded. Would return,...and that's saying a lot seeing as the Caribbean has so many options.

Room Tip: Was upgraded to a suite. Don't be afraid to ask

Unbelievable location, only to be truly surpassed by the service provided by the Seven Stars competent and friendly staff. My husband and I will definitely return to this splendid resort. We visited with our immediate family - whilst there our granddaughter turned 6 - the birthday dinner in Seven was tremendous - lots of balloons + a chocolate birthday cake with candles. The staff went out of their way to give our granddaughter a wonderful birthday and vacation experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel complimentary boats on the stretch of bay, not forgetting the breakfast which also included in our visit. This resort deserves all the awards it has received. I would recommend this resort to all without hesitation.

This was our first visit to the Seven Stars Resort. It was perfect. The location was great in that it was close to shops and restaurants and of course located directly on the beautiful beach. We had a junior suite, garden view. It was great - nice kitchen, huge bathroom with both a jet tub and a shower, large bedroom area and nice sized balcony. Marble floors, woods, nice furniture and very clean. Also, blackout curtains! The breakfast buffet was good - hot foods such as bacon, eggs, pancakes, quiche, a variety of fresh fruits, yogart, cereal, pasteries. The pool side cafe had good wraps, fish, etc. The alcholic drinks don't contain any alcohol but tastes good and refreshing. The service in every area was impeccible. All employees were polite and did their jobs at peak performance. A few limitations: very small swimming area and no snorkeling off of the beach; no conceirge services. You need to know where you want to go and how to get there before you arrive on the island.

My wife & I choose Seven Stars to celebrate our Anniversary. We stayed in a garden one bedroom suite.
Our room .......was OK, not too impressive actually. The layout was kind of odd, we didn't use the living room area at all. It would have been more comfortable if it was more open & not so compartmentalized. It did have 2 bathrooms which was helpful, but the tub was really small and we couldn't use it. The shower in the entrance bathroom was great as well as the toiletries. We did use the kitchenette, and it was really nice to have such a great store so close.
The staff......very friendly and always looking to please. We had great service at breakfast as well as at the beach (Don was really good). My only critique (and I am grasping at straws here) is that as much as they try to please, some staff didn't seem to understand how to anticipate customer needs. Should you have to ask what to do with your empty glass of welcome rum punch? At 5 star properties you don't have to.
Food....We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast everyday & it was good. Nothing over the top, but fine. Seven for dinner was good as well. The beach BBQ was my favorite meal. The food was really good, & I appreciated that the fish and jerk chicken came directly off the grill when asked for. And of course the ambiance was insanely beautiful.
I think it is easy for most to give the hotel a better review because it is on such a great stretch of beach and most have amazing vacations here. But the truth is (IMO) it is a good NOT great resort on a beach that is considered one of the best in the world.

I’d like to praise one of Seven Stars Employees employees, Claudine Ewing. This March we vacationed in Parrot Cay for a half week and then went to Seven Stars, Grace Bay, to finish out the week. Parrot Cay was a little too remote and lodge-like for the money. When we stepped into the lobby of Seven Stars, we were immediately impressed. We were treated royally and our junior suite was elegant. We truly felt like we were on vacation. Everyone was kind and accommodating, but particularly the concierge, Claudine. What I want to point out specifically is that she was gracious and helpful to us before our arrival, during our stay and after our reluctant departure.

I am one of those vacationers who likes to have things planned in advance. So a month before our trip I was e-mailing the hotel about suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Claudine was kind to arrange transportation to the hotel from the marina for us, as I was not sure how we would get there without a rental car. She remembered our travel agent and me when I introduced myself and we had a laugh about all my questions that she had taken the time to answer in detail.

We loved the décor in the lobby and asked Claudine if there were any shops that had paintings by local artists in those gorgeous colors. She sent us to Making Waves to see Alex Skye. I was thrilled to meet the person who created the painting we purchased. When we got home, I decided we needed a bigger piece to showcase.

Claudine worked on my behalf with Alex, the Regent Village storekeeper/painter, who we commissioned to paint a custom sized view of the turquoise waters and clear blue skies that make TCI such an attraction. So I would not have to incur substantial international phone charges, I e-mailed Claudine to check on the status or my order. She called the shop for me and ended up visiting the shop in person to encourage the vender to send me the piece for which I had already paid. Claudine truly was my champion and I hardly knew her.

My husband and I have been married for 2 1/2 years and love to travel. We only have opportunity twice a year and have so far been to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Amsterdam, Germany, and Paris. Our favorite by far has been Seven Stars. We want to return and much of the reason is Claudine. Be sure to find her when you visit. She represents Seven Stars well and treats its guests like family. She truly went above and beyond for us and we cherish her for that.

By the way, the larger painting did arrive last week on our Columbus, Ohio doorstep and is now at a local framer being prepared to be displayed proudly in our home as a reminder of the scenery to which we were treated on vacation.

Room Tip: Our room was ocean view. The higher floors have the best vistas.

This is the first time we have ever written a review on a resort, but Seven Stars deserves every kind word. We were celebrating 30 years of marriage and we chose the right place! Their staff is amazing and truly caters to their guests. Ingrit was by far the best, and she made us feel so welcome at this beautiful resort! Our room was immaculate and our view from the Ayla building was breathtaking! The buffet breakfast was such a treat every morning, and the lovely servers even remembered what kind of juice you drank! The sandy beach went on forever and we would walk it and take in all the beauty every morning. We rented scooters and explored the island which was so much fun. The BEST scooter place to rent from is Paradise Scooters - we went in to rent a scooter, and we left there having made friends with some fabulous people that truly care about their customers! We also have to thank Roger the "phone Guru" for helping us with a Skype account so that we could call home inexpensively. We will be back again and again because we have found a truly amazing place to relax, celebrate and enjoy! Thank you, especially Ingrit, for everything - The Duells from New Jersey think you are fabulous!

Room Tip: spend the money and upgrade to oceanfront! Worth every hard earned dollar!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect R&R for our 5th wedding anniversary. We researched many islands and continued to come back to, and eventually booked, Seven Stars in Turks & Caicos, due to the great reviews we found on TA. As soon as we arrived, we immediately became enamored and were lost in Grace's Bay natural beauty. The water and sand were so picturesque, it was hard to not relax.

The service at SS was unexpected, in particular one member of their team stood out the most, Don, who took extremely good care of us while we spent most of our days on the tranquil bay. Also Never having waited on us, Lila knew who we were and greeted us with a good morning and asked how were during each morning.

Several evenings, we had cocktails & watched the sunset and band at the Deck- Leon, Mac, Jon, & Curt spent time to get to know us and made our own special coconut whiskey drink. Our last evening we celebrated our anniversary dinner at Seven and had one of the best steaks/meals ever.

Our only disappointment is not we did not book an ocean view room. We tried to upgrade but no rooms were available. Because Grace Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, this expense would had been worth it. We were still pleased and surprised with our garden suite amenities and cleanliness. The furniture and bed were in decent condition and quality, but not very upscale or modern. Finally, the hotel couldn't had been in a better location, just a few blocks away from town, and a 5 minute walk to the grocery (money save!!!), Coco's Bistros (another awesome fine dining restaurant), the gourmet market, and other resorts for dinner. Even though there are many other places in the world we would like to see, there is no doubt we will escape to Seven Stars to be captivated again.

Room Tip: Try to ask for top floor room in third building to ensure peace and quiet in case the hotel has any...
