Once again, Seven Stars was wonderful. This is really a very special place, one of the best on earth! From reservsations with Yngrit, breakfast with Beatrice and the rest of the staff this is my favorite spot to relax. The staff meets you at the airport, calls your van and wisks you away to paradise. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a beautiful grocery store. Our room was probably one nicest we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The view from the master bedroom and the balconies was beyond words. I thank Seven Stars Staff and the owner of our wonderful room for sharing there vacation spot with us. We will return as soon as possible!

First off, all of the trip advisor reviews are spot on. 1. Get a high floor (we were in room 1607) in building one or three (our choice) with a beautiful sea view. 2. The service is super friendly and accommodating. 3. The beach is magnificent and the water amazing. 4. There are some remarkably good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Coco Bistro is top notch as is Caicos Cafe. (Speaking of restaurants, we didn't love Seven, the resort upscale place which is beautiful to sit in but has only so-so food.). For lunch, try Seven Stars Top Deck one day and then walk down the beach to Seaside Cafe or Hemmingways which have more interesting food at less painful prices. Other tips--Do the half day adventure trip--well priced and intimate and fun. If you are into romance, this is the place for you. A few too many babies around (this was vacation week). They clog up the pool. The pool is not as big as it looks and is pretty busy. If you don't plan to hang at the beach I would choose a different resort.

The rooms are very nice. We were in the well equipped Junior Suite. See other reviews for details. Great bathroom and a giant tub with a view.

The bottom line is this is a terrific place for a 5-7 day vacation in the sunshine.

My husband and I stayed at Seven Stars from February 15-18, 2013. It was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos and we really didn't know where was best to stay--so after reading tons of reviews on Trip Advisor, we picked Seven Stars...and boy was that the right choice! Someone from the hotel greeted us as soon as we exited the airport and transportation to the hotel was waiting ($13/person). The resort is absolutely georgeous. Everything is immaculate. While checking in we received complimentary glasses of rum punch which was delicious. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking the beach. The room was huge, with an all-equiped kitchen and awesome balcony. The pool is fantastic and I can't imagine a better beach. The location of the hotel is also ideal. We were able to walk downtown to shops, walk on the beach to other restaurants for dinner, and walk to the grocery store which was just 2 blocks away. Everything is super expensive--but that's Turks and Caicos for you. Our one disappiontment was with the food service. We did not eat dinner at Seven, but had lunches and cocktails daily at Sand Dollar and The Deck. You had to wait forever to get served. Breakfast is complimentary, and had a lot to offer. I would rate the food quality overall as average, but even at other restaurants we went to, the food was average. New York City dining this is not. But you can't beat Seven Stars for luxury and relaxation.

We stayed at Seven Stars Resort in Mid-February with another couple. The hotel is very nice and we were pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The food was good and the Spa was excellent. They have a water front sports area that is free to guests. You can sail, windsurf, paddle board and kayak. The pool is really nice and the drinks were great. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. However, it is too expensive. The least expensive rooms were $700 a night. We paid $866 a night with 1 night free so it averaged a little lower. I expect considerably moor for that price. If you are going to Turks and Caicos and the price is ok, then you will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Room Tip: I don't think there is a bad room there. It is either an ocean view or garden view.

My wife and I vacationed in the Turks and Caicos Islands in early December 2012 and stayed at the Seven Stars Resort based on Trip Advisor reviews and pictures. We were very impressed with all aspects of the resort.

Service:
The front desk staff, concierge, restaurant, water sports coordinators and custodian personnel were very courteous, friendly and attentive to all of our needs and requests. We were quite impressed that most of the staff knew our names and greeted us as such whenever we ran into them.

Facilities:
The room was very spacious and for a non-ocean view room, our room actually had a very good partial view of the sea. The room was very clean and quite functional. We did not use the kitchenette very often but the appliances seemed to be very new and high-end and would have met our cooking requirements if we ever decided to do so. We were also impressed that resort did not skimp on room offerings - the flatware and dinnerware were Royal Dolton, the shower products were L'Occitaine and bedding was exquisite. The resort is a short 5 minute walk to a high end grocery store IGA where you can buy almost everything you need (including liquor). A 5 minute walk away as well was the main shopping area which was very convenient. We were able to walk to other resorts close by for dinner and drinks - we never felt we needed to rent a car to get somewhere that we absolutely needed to go (except for the Conch Shack which is about a $40 taxi ride each way and not exactly worth it but that's another review!).

Spa:
The Spa offered daily specials which brought the prices for services down to a reasonable level - we ended up having two sessions in seven days due to the uniqueness and quality of the services. Highly recommended.

Restaurants:

Our package included breakfast which was a mix of hot and cold dishes - mainly the staples - scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. For being included in the package, the breakfast buffet was fine but not exceptional. I'd recommend a daily menu if possible or even slight variations - eating the same breakfast every morning got a little tired. We ended up having a la cart breakfast once but were also not too impressed. One morning we opted to have croissants at the IGA cafe.

Dinner at Seven was good but not exceptional. The restaurant was not very busy on the Saturday night we had dinner there. The ambiance was very nice however the soft-shell crab appetizer we ordered was ok but we didn't finish it. I had the beef option which was fine and my wife had the lobster which was also fine. The server was excellent - he knew the menu very well and was spot on when recommending the wine for our mains. Pricing was on par with the rest of the posh restaurants on the island.

The Deck is where we had most of our meals (and drinks) - he enjoyed the coconut shrimp and chicken quesedeas immensely. The wait staff was also tremendous - when they ran out of the wine we were drinking, they provided a more expensive wine as a replacement but only charged us the same price as the one that ran out.

Pool:
Exquisite - hardly used when we were there - since the gorgeous Grace Bay was at our door step, we didn’t need to use the pool but it looked great. There were plenty of cabanas and pool chairs available - we never had to wait.

Overall:
I highly recommend this resort for the various reasons I noted above – we got what we paid for. We were very happy with facilities, service and surroundings. If we went back to TCI, we’d definitely stay at the Seven Stars Resort.

This is our second time staying at Seven Stars. Both times the service, attention to detail, and experience have been absolutely wonderful. The suites are breathtaking and provide a sweeping view of gorgeous Grace Bay. The location on the island is ideal, just a bike ride away from shops, great restaurants, and the grocery store. We will definitely be returning to Turks and Seven Stars!!

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. When people ask how my trip was, I tell them it couldn't have been better and I mean it. From my first contact with the resort via e-mail to the time I left, I was given excellent treatment. Upon exiting customs at the airport we were greeted with cold water and directed to a taxi which then took us directly to the resort. Upon arriving at the resort, they collected our bags and we were directed to a beautiful lobby to have complimentary rum punch, cold towels, and finish the check-in process. After that we were given a tour of the grounds while sipping our rum punch and were shown to our room. We were on the 6th floor of the Maia building, which had a wonderful view of the beach and the pool. I owe this completely to Yngrit at Seven Stars who helped me get the perfect room. At all times at the resort the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and large, with an enormous balcony to enjoy the view.
Seven Stars offers a complimentary breakfast every morning, which we took advantage of. The breakfast includes many fruits, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, pastries, juices, cereal, and more. Another thing that is great about the resort is that it includes free water sports including kayaking, hobie cats (sailboats), snorkeling, and paddleboarding, all of which we took advantage of. Narcius and Rodney worked at the watersports hut and were super friendly. I got a sailing lesson from Narcius and was one of the highlights of my trip. We took the snorkeling equipment and walked the beach to the reef at Coral Gardens. It was a long walk, but worthwhile.
While at the resort, we also took the half-day adventure boat trip offered by Seven Stars. This was the best part of our trip. Captain Cardi and First Mate Rodney made this a wonderful experience. We went snorkeling on the barrier reef, visited iguana island, went diving for shells and sand dollars, had lunch on the beach, and boated past many celebrity houses. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. When I return I will try out the sunset cruise, which Cardi and Rodney spoke highly of.
Seven Stars has many excellent restaurants. I dined at all of them. Seven is truly a 5-star restaurant and was the best place we ate while on our trip (having also visited Coco Bistro, Caicos Cafe, and da Conch Shack). The Deck is a great place to have drinks and dine on the beach. They have live music frequently at night and there is a nice ambiance. The Sand Dollar cafe is a great place to have some lunch. Lila was extra accommodating and friendly, and it seemed like he was everywhere we went making sure our trip was great. Claudine the concierge was instrumental to our trip and helped us with dinner reservations and taxis.
I did a lot of research for this trip to come up with our plan. Skip the research and just go to Seven Stars, it is the best place on Provo.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a beach view. Contact Yngrit to help get the perfect room.
