From beginning to end, our stay at One on Marlin condo was fabulous! You have your own apartment with full kitchen with all necessities, full bar, snacks, coffee, flat screen TV, wireless networking and balcony. The guest service department also provides you with a local cell phone to use during your stay.

Anytime you need anything, you can easily contact guest services and they will accommodate you with your needs. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and wouldn’t have liked to stay anywhere else, as we were overly happy with our accommodations. We also enjoyed that it was an adults-only property and it is perfect for couples.

I recommend renting a car at the airport and keeping it for your whole stay. One on Marlin is just a 5-10 minute drive to the resorts and beaches. It’s very convenient. We actually looked forward to driving back to our villa everyday just to hang out even considering all the beautiful sites and areas on the island. We felt very at home during our stay and will definitely be back.

Lastly, the staff at the villa including Gabriella, Kim and Kelley were a pleasure to meet and are gracious hosts.

The most modern little hide away. With such a strange name we never expected anything much as it is not well known by locals. Beautiful stainless steel kitchen and touch screen light control and fan switch blew us away. Very comfortable hideaway in the middle of Provo. Loved staying there. V

I stayed at the One On Marlin Spa Resort from February 19-24, 2014. Immediately from the $5 airport taxi to concierge Kim's amazing hospitality, my stay was perfect in every way. One On Marlin is a refreshing change from the standard Provo beach resort (although it's located a short drive to the beach). The suites are beautifully appointed with spa-like bathrooms, well-stocked kitchens, and reasonable mini-bar prices. One On Marlin is also in close proximity to the IGA grocery store for convenience. As the complex is located inland next to Leeward Highway, car/scooter rental is recommended and Kim is more than happy to arrange a rental. One On Marlin is currently developing a spa facility which should open in late 2014/early 2015. I look forward to visiting again!

Yes, this is how we felt in our 1 week vacation in One On Marlin in Provo. A refined and clean space where every detail was looked after, from the kitchen steel accessories to the speakers bluetooth connected to your phone or Ipad. The staff took care of us with a great welcoming, there was a great choice of drinks and snacks, chairs and towels for the beach, a local cell phone and during our stay personnel cleaned the flat and changed the towels almost every day! We couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you!!!!!

Recently stayed in Provo for a week and One on Marlin was the perfect base. The service and hospitality provided by the staff was truly exceptional, Kim is so helpful and the resort owner Kelly was around mingling with guests and checking to make sure their experience was special.

In the weeks before we arrived, we received emails from Gabriella offering a range of services and excursions. They proved to be great value and its so convenient to have the team at One on Marlin arrange things such as car hire, diving etc on your behalf before you arrive. The transfers to and from the airport are especially good value, we didn't arrange it in advance and ended up paying a taxi $25 instead of just the $5 pp they were charging.

As another reviewer mentioned, the island had a power outage when we arrived, but candles were available in the apartment and it all turned into quite a cosy little adventure! The impromptu BBQ was just one example of how the team here make every effort to make guests feel like friends.

On our first morning, before we had been able to collect the hire car, Kim offered to drive us to the supermarket. We requested a BBQ to put on our balcony which was immediately provided, along with utensils. We had a night flight back to the UK and Kim arranged for us to check out late at no additional charge.

The apartments are exactly as amazing as they look in the photos. They have everything you could possibly need, except a kettle (for the Brits/tea drinkers!) and a hair dryer but we didn't really need them and had we asked for them, I'm sure they would have been provided.

There are big plans for the resort with regard to swimming pool and spa facilities which are due to open middle next year, but even without them at this stage, the beaches are breathtaking and only a 5 minute drive away.

I can't thank the team at One on Marlin enough for making our trip so special, there is no better place to stay on the island!

If you want to experience Turks without the $500/night price tag and still get excellent accommodations then look no further than One On Marlin!

My wife and I stayed from Feb 9-16 and had such an incredible experience. We were welcomed by their amazing staff who took their time to give us a walk through of the facility and some information on the island. We also received beautiful fresh flowers and fruit taken from the grounds. FYI... if you are walking and happen to find some fruit (bananas, pomegranates, papaya), you can take it right off the tree to enjoy! We were given a cell phone to keep with us during our stay (rates were $0.20/min to North America) which we used to call guest services as well as other places on the island. The room was very modern with lots of upscale amenities. Stainless steel kitchen (stovetop, coffee maker, toaster and all the things you need to cook for yourself), marble bath and floors, beach towels, HD flat screen, rainfall shower, cleaning service every other day, and a balcony. Just a heads up, the groceries are quite expensive on the island so try to bring as much as you can from home if you plan on cooking.

Unfortunately on our first night there was an island-wide blackout which lasted several hours. The staff and owners put together an amazing complimentary barbecue for everyone with food and drinks. I cannot emphasize enough how great the owners and staff were. We had a very mild incident happen while at the beach one day and I guess one of the owners had heard. She made arrangements for us and instructed us on exactly what to do so that we could continue on our vacation. We felt like more than just guests while staying here as we were treated like friends and family.

Just a couple of tips: You will most definitely benefit from having a car during your trip here, everything you need is no more than a 5 minute drive. There are lots of public beach access parking spots but try to park at or close to one of the hotels with public access. If you feel like you need to, you can rent 2 loungers with an umbrella from the Alexandra hotel for $20 a day. Hair dryers not yet included.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our Turks vacation at One on Marlin and would recommend to anyone wishing to explore this luxury island on a budget!

My husband and had our first visit to Provo for our babymoon recently and had a wonderful vacation. The managers and staff at One on Marlin are extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to call them anytime on the local cell phone that was given to us during our stay. They would always there to answer and assist us. The condo was very modern and clean. I do wish that we would've got a cleaning service with dishes washed, trash emptied & floors swept daily, but we were okay with a room cleaning every 2-3 days without dishes washed. I'm sure they would've done more if we would've asked. The room is stocked with alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a variety of snacks at very reasonable prices. The condos are very quiet and private.

Although you are not on the water, it is very easy to rent a car and drive all around the island to experience the culture and sights. We loved driving to Taylor Bay Beach (our favorite spot), which is slightly hard to find, but very worth the effort! Long Bay Beach is another kitesurfing beach which is definitely worth a visit. Grace Bay Beach is easy to access, as there is public parking in several areas. I did somewhat miss walking out on to the beach from our hotel and having a comfy chair and umbrella available, but not a big deal. We were given chairs to borrow and bought an umbrellas to use.

One On Marlin has some exciting plans to expand the property and are adding services in the future, so we would love to go back one day when they're all completed! I believe they will be offering a beach shuttle and beach chairs/service one day also which will be great!
Overall we loved the island and were very happy with our stay! Can't wait to return one day.
