After weeks of waiting and anticipating I got a chance to dine at Crackpot Kitchen. I had been salivating over the Crusty Grouper after seeing it posted on FB. And it was truly worth the wait. It was an almond crusted grouper fillet on top of ginger candied carrots and asparagus all on top of a pesto risotto. The sauce with capers was the icing on it all. Before I knew it my plate was clean, there wasn't enough of it, I could have eaten 3 plates. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient. I was really impressed with the ipads being used to take orders.
Hats off to Chef Nik and I am sure that they will do well because they have a winning combination of taste, presentation, ambiance and hospitality.
Can't wait for my next meal!
