Wonderful food dishes, fish, conch etc. Vendors all around, music and dancing. A nice party, starting about 530p-almost 9p or so. Locals come out for a celebratory good time. Get a nice locals feeling of a party, laid back good time.

Some craft vendors, food & beverage trucks. We got a drink at a beverage truck that did not have a long line & ended up tossing the drink. We then thought maybe we need to go to a place with a long line so we waited in a long line at a food truck for fish & jerk chicken. The corn on the cob served with the meals was good; the fish was mediocre & that was the weirdest chicken ever (assuming it was chicken). It's like they took the back & necks & cut it up to resemble ribs; very bony. Just not impressed.

Happens every Thursday night. Some unique local craft vendors and some China product vendors. Food okay just make sure you chose one with along line then you know it is good. Music fun and they definitely interacted with crowd. After an hour or so you are ready to leave. Glad I experienced it

So on our next to last night of our Turks & Caicos trip we thought we’d check out the Fish Fry on a recommendation. Basically it’s an outside event with numerous pop ups (tent style covered) and vendors selling food or souvenirs. There is also some live music. Food is okay. Very few places to sit and eat. Glad we went for the experience, but probably wouldn’t go again. Kind of an average time.
