“Italy in the Turks”
Reviewed March 26, 2014

The food was really very good. The six of us sat on the upper deck where the trees are all lit up...really pretty. The staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour. At the end of the night the 2 chef's came out and talked with us for at least 1/2 an hour. They are both from Italy and if you want authentic Italian pizza Thursday is the night....yum...enjoy!

“Very Enjoyable Meal”
Reviewed March 10, 2014

Three of us recently visited Via Veneto for the first time. We enjoyed our meal very much and will be back. We were first served warm bread accompanied by a very nice extra virgin olive oil. Next two of us shared an appetizer which was big enough for two people- I don't remember the name of it, but it was baked with bread, cheese, and ham. Quite good. The third in our party had the rice and cheese balls.
For main courses we had pumpkin ravioli with a sage cream sauce, baked lobster served as a whole lobster (quite an impressive dish) and lasagna. All excellent.
The service was also excellent-I am always happy when little things are notice, like the water glasses are kept full.
The only suggestion I would make is to include more variety at a lower price for appetizers. Many on the menu were $20: that seems a little steep. Otherwise the prices were in line with other restaurants on the island, if not more reasonable. We will return.

we had lobster salad and a lobster dinner, freshly caught that day. Both excellent. Prices were a bit steep.

“Lovely setting service and food”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

We are in Turks and Caicos and have had wonderful restaurant experiences. Seafood galore! We wanted pasta . We saw an ad on tv for this restaurant and decided to go. We were not disappointed! We started with a delicious house salad and an appetizer of the traditional rice balls with cheese that we had in Italy. We each had a pasta entree: lasagna, rigatoni with eggplant and fettuccine with tomato and basil.service was top notch by Vangie.

Very cool bar area and waiting area. Great festive outside dining.

“Italy in the Caribbean”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

Even the salt and pepper shakers at this surprisingly excellent restaurant are from Italy. Via Veneto is a newcomer in Providenciales, but already has found its stride with excellent Italian food including wonderful homemade pasta. The service is extremely friendly. We had a terrific meal and a great time.
