I have been to these islands now four times, and I finally found a restaurant run by local folks that provides delicious food (recommendation - blackend grouper!) for the most reasonable price on the island. And, you get to enjoy your dining experience in an open air seating area under the protected canopy when the sun has been a bit too much for you during the day.
They serve lunch and dinner, which I have enjoyed both, and the quality and portions will be more than enough for either dining experience. The fish is the freshest possible, and prepared with special flair (the extra garlic and olive oil was perfection). And, if you like lemonade, the fresh lemonade they prepare has a slight sweetness to it compared to the sour pucker-up stuff you get elsewhere, great for replenishing the energy!
Seriously, you can order anything off of the menu and be very, very pleased. The folks I spoke with, as well as their joining me, had the whole spectrum of food selections and not one person didn't have the biggest smile on their face after the first bite!
Enjoy, and when you don't feel like dropping $100+ dollars for great food at one of the high-end resort restaurants, you need to eat at Mr. Groupers for a fraction of it (the grouper is $14, a BARGAIN!).
