We dined tonight for the first time at Lupo and couldn't have been more impressed! From wonderful service to excellent food, this is a restaurant that ranks high on our list!
Food was fresh and flavorful while not being drowned in sauce... it's a nice change to have pasta that doesn't NEED sauce to hide taste, but rather has sauce that enhances it! Mark was wonderful and we just had him bring us plates to share so we could taste various items... pizza was hand made and oh so fresh and light (if that's truly possible), gnocchi with gorgonzola was fabulous and bolognese was not heavy, with homemade pasta!
Definitely try the risotto balls (arancini) and the polenta fries -- wow... unlike anything I've had before and soon to be my favorites! And, be sure to save room for dessert -- panna cotta with balsamic reduction and tiramisu were second to none! I can't wait to go back -- this has to be the best Italian food I've eaten outside of Italy!
