Great snorkel spot with easy access just off the beach in front of Coral Gardens. We snorkeled there on two separate days. Saw a Hawksbill Turtle one day and a sea turtle the second day. We saw a number of blowfish, a sting ray, tons of parrot fish, several grouper and even a barracuda.

We went there looking for turtles. It was not as clear as in front of our villa. Smith's reef is awesome!

This area is more for a beginner snorkeler. Much of the reef is roped off as they are trying to save the reef. Saw some fish in the area but after Smith's reef this is one you can miss.

I loved snorkling at Bight Reef. While some disregard this one because Smith's Reef is "so much better," I really felt more comfortable at Bight's Reef. Maybe it was my imagination but the water felt a good bit calmer both times we went than at Smith's Reef (where we went 3 times). You may not see quite as much at Bight's Reef, but this would be a good place for children. It's also really convenient to get to. We actually walked the first time from The Sands (and I'm 5 months pregnant!)
