Our third visit to this stunning property could not have been better! A stay in one of the butler villas is truly special. The personal and attentive service by both Sasha and Fitzroy was top notch. Highly recommended!

Room tip: Butler villas in Key West Village are amazing!

Grand Kids (4) can't wait to go back, that pretty much says it all. Staff of and activities for the kids are amazing. Food places especially for kids were amazing. Restaurants were excellent and always served the kids first. They could wander off and reappear for dessert. The standing wave and snuba were a huge hit.

Room tip: Butler service (Michael) was the best we have ever had at either a Beaches or a Sandals. Michael seemed to anticipate our every need.

This was our 4th visit to Beaches, our 3rd to the Beaches Turks & Caicos resort. We simply couldn't fault anything and the entire team from housekeeping, food and beverages, pools, watersports to management, go out if their way to make you feel special, looked after, welcomed back and want to return time and time again! Special mentions to Jorie and Susan in Bayside, Cleon and Rushane in the dive centre, Salvatore in the Caribbean village and not forgetting the amazing Karen who has had a well deserved promotion to F&B manager in the French village. We will see you all next year!! Feel like we can't go anywhere else because it won't meet the standards!!

We had a great trip with the family. We absolutely loved all the pools and water park. A heads up, the French pool is the warmest followed by the one in the Caribbean Village next to the Arizona Restaurant. We also spent a lot of time on the beaches which were the exact turquoise blue we had seen in all the pictures with soft white sound. The grounds were beautiful and nicely maintained. Our room was nice, though starting to show its age especially in the bathroom. The housekeeping did a superb job at keeping it clean, keeping up with clean towels, and doing turn down service every night. Our kids are almost 5 and 6.5 so we did the glass bottom boat tour at the resort and really enjoyed that, we saw a sting ray and sea turtle. The kids only participated with the Kid's Club one evening. Of note, the resort is strict about their ages for kids' groups unlike other resorts we've been too. Our daughter was only 2 weeks shy of being 5 and was unable to join her brother in the 5-7 group, though they were willing to let him join the younger group if he wanted. The food and drink was great, better than any other all-inclusive we went to. Our favorite restaurants were Soy, The Jerk Shack, and the Hibachi grill place. We also liked Barefoot by the Sea so kids can play in the sand while waiting for their meal. The kids in particular liked that when they went to the various swim up bars to get drinks they weren't ignored, and there are specialty kids drinks with fun names and flavors for them. We also appreciated how smoothly the shuttles to and from the airport were. One thing they could improve is signs to the bathrooms. They have signs all over the place stressing the importance of keeping the pools clean and using the toilets but the only place that also pointed out where to find the toilets was in the French Village by their pool. Everywhere else it felt like a scavenger hunt to find a bathroom or an employee to point out the nearest bathroom, so keep an eye out for them while walking around. As far as entertainment, it was average. We went to a few of the kids and evening shows. The highlights for us were the Sesame Street Parade and then the Friday Night Beach Party.

This is our second time for this resort and can't wait for the third. We talked some friends into joining us this year. Rosa, France's and Jeneboy were mixing drinks and entertaining once again. Highly recommend.

Room tip: Any room great.
