Our family of 4 loves Beaches T&C so much that it has become an annual trip for us. The beaches are fabulous, food is good, the resort is clean and cared for – but the most important thing that keeps us coming back is the wonderful staff. They’ve helped make amazing memories for us. Steven at the waterfront is one of our favorites – he and our 7-year-old son conspired to take us on a sunset sail where our son got to “drive” the boat. Our favorite restaurant manager is Marie, who makes certain that we all have exactly what we want – even if she has to run across the resort to make it happen! Our kids know that they go find Carlton when they want a stash of beach toys; they think he keeps them all year round just for us. This past trip we met Tuna on the snorkel boat who helped the kids spot the wonders under the sea, including a sea turtle. And, Patrick from the photo studio has a great eye and is able to really capture amazing photos of us – and the beach at sunset is the perfect place to take family photos.

Going back now means seeing our friends again and again. We can’t wait til our trip next year.

Our trip to Beaches was our third in as many years. We arrived at Beaches on a Saturday, and began enjoying the warm and fun atmosphere of the resort immediately. We stayed in the French Village, which has an amazing coffee shop, with the best coffee in the Caribbean. Corinne at the coffee shop remembered me from the year before (and so did some of the dive masters and the boat captain at the dive shop). Our best night was dining at the Hibachi restaurant outside of the French Village. The chef Cookie was about the best we've ever had. he sang, laughed, cooked amazing food, and engaging the kids in cooking fun. We got family photos taken on the beach and made memories of a lifetime. I recommend Beaches to anyone with a family who wants to go on vacation and relax in a beautiful place with warm and friendly staff, good food, clean accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. We had a great time.

Room Tip: The French Village is quieter than the other villages. Staying in the French Village is a longer wa...

This was our third time at Beach T&C and we have already booked to go back for a fourth time! This trip my husband and I along with our daugther (3) and our son (6) also brought my mom (grandma). A wonderful time was had by all -- great weather, activites for all (kids loved camp), delicious food, lovely staff, and just an overall terrific experience. Coincidentally, we wound up running into a family we had met at home and thanks to the on-site babysitting, the adults were able to go out for an adult dinner to get to know each other better. I danced by the pool with the 20 somethings during the day (although I'm not in my 20s), layed on the beach and by the beautiful pools, attended yoga classes, went to the gym, ate terrific food -- they have something for everyone at every meal, my hubby and grandma sipped cocktails and did much of the same that I did. My daughter baked cookies with Cookie Monster, birdwatched with Big Bird, participated in a fashion show, and just had a blast! The caretakers are lovely and many of them have been there for ears like Miss Maxine. Our son went on a kiddie cruise, played on the water slides, participated in the kids' talent show and also had an amazing time. Grandma also met friendly people at the pool and enjoyed herself immensely. We would highly recommend Beaches T&C!! We had one minor glitch by which our stroller was somehow left at the airport when we were arriving -- I put it on the curb and never realized that the cab driver hadn't put it in the taxi. I reported it missing immediately and the Beaches staff stayed completely on top of it until it was retrieved and delivered to our room. Great service!!

First of all kudos to Mike McHugh at Dream Makers Vacation Services. You must book with him. He takes care of everything and knows the property - so you can choose your accomodations with ease. He was ahead of the game and we are very grateful to him. You are foolish if you try and book it yourself or use some else. He will get you the best rates and help.
This was our second year at Beaches - we went June 15th thru 23rd. My husband and I (we are the grandparents), our daughter and son in law and three granddaughters (13, 10, 6). We stayed in a Presidential Suite in Carribean Village. It has two bedrooms and a big living room, where they set up a permanent king bed. There are 3 bathrooms and that was great. We had butler service with the suite and Davion and Minto were wonderful. There was nothing we needed. Dinners were taken care of, cabanas every day, lunch delivered to cabana and snacks and drinks all the time. Thank you Davion and Minto you really took care of us. The people who work at beaches are lovely - friendly, helpful and fun. The only grumps were at the dive shop and we had very little to do with them.
We ate well - the restaurants at Key West are very nice - especially Neptunes. Sky was a great view but we don't like buffets. I heard they will be changing that soon. But overall the food is very average. Edible but not terrific. Arizona's for lunch is very good and the pizza by the Caribbean pool is spectacular - we ate them all the time.
We took the Kitty Kat cruise - not worth the money. Snorkling on cruise was murky and very little to see. I did not think it was worth the money. My daughter and granddaughter went to Provo Ponies and loved it. They highly recommend it. My husband took the two oldest girls on ParaSailing and that was memorable. Just use anyone at the beach. They are all reliable and prices are the same.
Our little granddaughter loved the Kids Club. The other two hung out and enjoyed water park and pools and ocean. Walk down the beach to the snorkling - it is worth the walk. Saw turtles and lots of fish.
Not much night life - my daughter and son in law made friends and hung out at the bar a lot. My husband and I went to the casino one night. They pick you up and bring you back. It was a lot of fun.
I highly recommend Beaches - I think the Caribbean Village is the best location. They could use a little updating in the rooms but the maid service is fabulous and they took really good care of the room and us.
We probably will skip next year because 2 years in a row is enough. Also, we live on the west coast and it is a long trip.
If you have any questions please contact me.
PS The bartenders are great - Peta Gay, Judy, Renaldo!!!!!!!!
Remember Mike McHugh.

Room Tip: Love the ground floor - easy in and out and very pretty in Caribbean Village.......
