The breads were excellent, but when i made the mistake of picking up my own baguette from counter the woman behind the counter, the owner, became very unpleasant.. She's one of those people that smiles in a way that is Not very believable, and we stopped doing business there. I had a business for 28 years, and this woman needs an attitude check.

I absolutely loved this bakery! Not only was the food fantastic, but the owner is such a pleasure to talk with.

For example, when I requested a vanilla eclair and she grabbed a chocolate eclair, I said, "Sorry, I wanted a vanilla eclair," and she said, "Oops, sorry, I must have been thinking about what I wanted to eat!" She is so sweet and the pastries were very enjoyable!

I highly recommend the almond croissant!!

Fresh, delicious pastries, bringing a real taste of French baking to Provo. The owner is a delight and her pride in her craft shows in every decadent delicacy on display at her cozy shop in Grace Bay.

The chocolate and rum eclairs are amazing, as are the more savory items on the menu, such as the flaky sausage roll and the stuffed focaccia.

The bakery has been around for quite some time and remains a favorite of locals and visitors alike - with good reason. We've been daily patrons throughout our visit here, and enjoyed every bite.

Tasty, flaky croissants, decadent eclairs overflowing with homemade vanilla, chocolate, rum, and coconut cream fillings, moist muffins, freshly baked baguettes, and a very good cup of coffee - Caicos Bakery has the winning combination that kept us coming back for another taste daily.

The bakery is a Grace Bay institution, and rightfully so. Give them a try and you'll be hooked. Your waistline may not thank you, but your tastebuds surely will!

Nothing special, really. OK pastries that were better than what's offered at the local grocery store but definitely NOT competitive with high-end bakeries.
